Got this from "Emma" who tells me it's a private invite...for some reason I don't believe her.
Here's what she said:

According to the main MyIncomeTeam website, I will get $15,000 just for watching the video on the page:

The owner of the program is somebody called Al Magliocca. I don't know who he is, but I stumbled across this FaceBook page where people were complaining about a program that sounds similar to the My Income Team program:

The people posting on that FaceBook page are complaining about a hosting company called Spawn Host, which is the same hosting cmopany that My Income Team promotes:

Here SpawnHost claims to be BBB Accredited and TRUSTe certified:

I haven't looked all that hard, but the reviews that showed up while locating him were nearly all negative.
If Alan is his middle name, his given (first) name is Richard, and he formerly ran a scheme called Online Money University, LLC. There was also a site called lazymansmillions.com.
