I joined this scam on the urging of a brainwashed moron disciple of hers who sold all her jewelry and swore up and down that this was a can't miss opportunity. I ONLY joined for the income opportunity and the alleged 3000 people that had already joined. Unfortunately I learned afterwards that this is a fraud MATRIX Ponzi and scam. I requested a refund and I would go away peacefully and she accused me of being an investigator and denied my refund request. She has provided NO product or service yet refuses to refund me. She is the biggest con artist I have ever come across. I have filed Criminal complaints with my District US Attorney and the US District Attorney in her area of NY. I also filed the appropriate paperwork with the NY State Attorney General. Just my opinion here, having looked at a few resumes over the years. If someone lists Microsoft Office as a skill, breaking out Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is at best redundant. Additionally, if management skills are presented then "general office skills" and "computer skills" are somewhat given. Feels like someone stretching a bit to me.

Sheila darling, I don't hate you. I don't care enough about you to do so and if you are really a psychic you'd know that already. You are amusing in a run of the mill con artist sort of way, how long have you been taking people's money by pretending to be psychic?

Let's try a little test. Afixed to the bottom of my computer monitor is the logo badge of a mildly notorious company. It's a bit of a long story as to how I came to posses it but it's within my field of vision the entire time I'm online. If you are a psychic it should be a trifling matter for you to pluck that image from my mind. How exactly is the money promised to pay your "clients" generated? Please note specifically that I'm looking for proof that you are not taking your clients money and giving it to other of your clients. Because if that is happening then the only way one client can end up with more money than they paid in is for other clients to pay in more than they take out.

Here's another thing you would already know if you were really a psychic, we (the anti scam community) are not motivated by hate but I fully understand why you need to pretend we are. Unfortunately the hate Bloggers are always listening and whilst some good has eventuated out of this never the less they do cause some harm and therefore not all of the information that Sheila would like to share can be communicated.


Sheila chose to be a consultant and to create a consultancy business for a reason and not to develop an affiliate Partner program for herself.


It is very important for us to understand and to get it. This is the last time that Sheila will make any allowances for anybody's misunderstanding, once we launch, this becomes a machine-there will be no more allowances for any misunderstandings.



When you register and pay the fee-you are paying for a Consultancy. This in paying to get into Networking Marketing Company or paying to get into anything else like Jump Start for Me, Sizzle zing etc. You are paying for Sheila and to hear her and her advice as to what to do. You are able to ring her, send email etc. You may or may not like what u hear. If you do not like it you are welcome to leave. If you are a client for a month and do not ask any questions and decide to go into the Market Place and then you continue to wait after the month then the meter has run out and no refund.


SV and A is no longer a Networking Marketing and Matrix Management Consultancy. The amount that you pay is based on what she charges-$110 is for 1 hour. Should you decide to wait for market place to launch and can benefit from that business opportunity- will not be charged. However if your hour is up your money is spent and no refund. The $330 could be a day rate. $990 normally a day -however this will be a week. If you decide what to do -after 5 days to make your decision-if not your money is spent-can remain a client in waiting to go into the market place. However if you decide that you can no longer wait until it launches-you can leave however there is no refund. You have paid for the consultancy. The benefit is that you can be placed into the market Place and indeed into Networking, Marketing programs that are listed as verified I.e Organic Gold etc. There were some mistakes made when entering Legal Shield to perform at its maximum. Sheila will know better how to develop the next companies that we go into-will be a whole new level of service.



So before you get anyone else into this consultancy-there are tremendous packages which maybe available. We are not a Networking Marketing Company or Affiliate Associate Company. It is a company that caters to Military Vets of most countries.


Sheila gets a lot of phone calls, PM's and emails saying they desire a refund. This is not going to happen for the above reasons.



Market Place-you are still required to submit a Product/service-however there will be training so may not be the product that you end up with.


This is a program for people with a Genuine interest in building a business. There will be an Education Program on Professional Development or becoming an Independent Business Owner . You pay the Market Place and the Market Place will pay SV and Associates-they work hand in hand. The Market Place maintains your site -provides support for Affiliate Partners. The Products/services will be be developed for you and promoted in the Market Place. $33 for 5 products is very good value-and you get good Business support. $110 can set you up for life.


Sheila had originally wanted to give refunds until this coming Friday. If a member of a Family wants a refund-not just that person will receive the refund-all of the family will. I almost feel slighted with how little time she spent complaining about her "haterz" but she needed to spend a whole lot of time explaining why she wasn't giving refunds. I give the person who made the above transcription some credit, they made Sheila's thoughts a lot more linear than she did while speaking. I think i might have cracked to code in translating her into english, Sheila says many thing which directly contradict what she said elsewhere and I believe it's intentional. Perhaps as a carry over from when she was pretending to have psychic powers she will alternate between saying something will not happen, might happen and will happen. After all, when she takes all possible sides on an issue she's bound to be proven correct on one of them.

But then there are things she changes her mind on but I think she's just flat out lying about. The very premise of her matrix-come-charity-come-get-rich-quick-scheme is so preposterous, I am sure we would all prefer to believe that no one would be stupid enough to send her any money.

But of course, it doesn't take an hour and forty-seven minutes to say that ... so she fills in the extra time with invaluable information like this:

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to all those members who have been part of the Secret Society for 2 years. Started 31st October 2013. Originally Sheila attended Team 300 Conference Call. Sheila and 9 close friends paid $108 each into a Gifting Club-however it was not what it seemed. At the same time Sheila began the SVM Redesign Your Life America-a Non Profit Corporation. About 42 people from Team 300 stayed with Sheila in a not so amicable split.

So she then formed from the Secret Society the SV Zing Team. As it was a Private group-it took the name Secret. It was a very positive environment.

News: Sheila has come across some very important Angels-they are all Christian like people. They are part of Financial Institutions and were introduced to Sheila by the same person who set up the European ties. He is an elderly Gentleman whom has excellent contacts.

During her daily calls with the Angels Sheila has outlined some of the negatives that have been said about her-despite this they are determined to move forward and accomplish the Goals of SV Global. The Angels all have Money to invest. Rocco is still very much part of the setup.

All of the Investors up to now have been waiting for Sheila to get everything in order to be able to outline the plan. By being part of a bigger group-i.e Conference Calls to keep everybody up to date, Creating the website i.e Pages, forms ecommerce the process takes longer than simply being by herself. The reality is that whilst there have been a number of volunteers who have done a lot of the work , Sheila has also needed to learn all the various components as well. There are also all the Disclaimers, emails to be replied to, pages created etc. This is why everything has not completed yet.

Whilst the Angels could provide the monies required to start the process needs to be more structured than at present. In this regard The Form whereby everybody whom wished to help or volunteer their services has been completed-it needs to be tested and should be available within 24-48 hours.

As Launch is December 4th-there is plenty of time to get ready. Sheila also is now only required to go to Europe-not the Caribbean as well. There are some phenomenal people on board now and they are also Offshore Business Banking experts.

Whilst there are people interested in giving the necessary $66k or thereabouts there are also individuals within this group wishing to contribute more. They see SVM Global as a Project - could get upwards of $30million for a worldwide Project. On a Technical note these Projects are called Beneficial Corporations – you no longer say it is a : For Profit Humanitarian Project.i.e “B”Corp.

Someone has suggested BCorp for SVM Global and not LLC – however as already created SVM Global it will not change. However it is something they are looking for to raise funds for – started at $300m, huge profit – they raise funds for huge global humanitarian projects with a $1b budget. Only when launch will they look at how to put together something for SVM Global

Incentive Points System: – This is an incentive to show that SV&A still has a lot more to offer individuals than just needs support – to generate in commission –once they get into market place they can start to rest easy.

Sheila 100% owner of Company. However it is an Important investment put in from beginning that you have equity in the Company

Mistake in the past was that Sheila did not develop staff, Team Leaders, Executive Staff and run the Company properly, so new staff will be treated differently and operations will run smoothly.

Everything everybody has done to get us to the point where we are today will have a point value. There will also be a small committee formed for moving the Company forward – points for being on committee – points will have $ value –

Experience has taught me that if someone karks on about being a Christian, being a philanthropist and a do-gooder and being involved in charitable works; that immediately throws up a significant red flag. This represents a superlative fundraising achievement of $1.28 per day! I think it would be appropriate to extend the warmest accolades to Holly Henderson (https://www.facebook.com/holly.w.henderson), who has magnanimously made four donations totalling $60 (or almost 20% of the $325 contributed to date).

Has Sheila V finally tossed in the towel? Her SVM website is showing Under Construction for quite a while now. Hopefully she has put an end to this charade of trying to pretend like SVM was a real business and charity when it was all lies and she was running a Ponzi.

It is time for me to check-in on my favorite Ponzi pimpette the Rev. Sheila V. SVM website is still cooking and now she has added info on Crypto-currencies, as well as info on how to deal with the COVID 19 pandemic. I have to admit the woman takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I really thought the website would be gone by now, but not so. A lot of testimonials are now gone, as well as pictures of supporters, but she keeps adding content to her site. I feel for those who fall victim to her altruistic claims, when it is all about her. No mention of who is on her board for SVM as required by law when you are soliciting donations for your cause.

She disclosed that she suffers from PTSD, so that is supposed to explain why she can't work for others. While she can claim it, there is no proof this story is true. That's the trouble with all these conmen and women, they lie about who and what they are, so you never know when they slip and actually tell the truth.

While her public fund raising attempts were a dud, we do not know how much money she stole under the guise of her charitable works, ending hunger, ending homelessness of veterans, and empowering the little guy with teaching them how to start and run a business. Also noted that they are now down to just one office, not two as before. It will be interesting to see if she survives 2021.

Well, it was time to check on my favorite female Ponzi pimpette, the Rev Sheila V Tabarsi. You can imagine my shock when clicking on the link for SVM Global's website, it came back 404 error not found. I thought Sheila had finally tossed in the towel. So did a quick search and found out that she changed the name to MOCforGlobal. A whole new look and more professional than her old site, but not one word about who is in charge of this new program. I am sure Sheila is still a part of it as her prior videos are on the site, but nothing on the management team, founders, or if it is still a nonprofit or now for-profit business.

Before she was showing an address in NY as well as in California, but now only California address. All domain registration is set to private and using Domains by Proxy for their technical contact. If you have to hide who you are in this space, then you are not operating in good faith. To really find out anything you have to signup, another major red flag. All information should be readily available for the public to see without having to signup to see content. This is especially true if operating as a nonpfrofit. Since nothing is mentnioned it makes me believe it is no longer being promted as a nonprofit opportunity as in the past. Domain is paid to August of this year, so will have to wait and see if they renew it. They may have had to remove Sheila's name on the site due to all the bad publicity she has received in the past and her claim an Internet bully was out to kill her. She had set up a go-fund me account that went nowhere. So a new name and look had to be done to keep the "dream alive."
