I just came across this on FaceBook and noticed that it's mentioned in the Rodney Blackburn thread (http://www.realscam.com/f9/serial-fraudster-rodney-blackburn-back-steal-more-your-money-3809/).
As somebody mentioned there, it does appear to be dying, but apparently some people didn't get the memo, because it's still being promoted.
