Roy Tribble, who runs the site ScamWatchDog.org claims to be the "#1 Trusted of Binary Options Review Site". On his GPLUS profile, he professes to exposes "Media Scams, hoaxes, and Fakery."

http://i1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg536/Paul_Schlegel/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/Roy%20Tribble%20GPLUS_zps2jzgjyxt.jpg (http://s1242.photobucket.com/user/Paul_Schlegel/media/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/Roy%20Tribble%20GPLUS_zps2jzgjyxt.jpg.html)

Of course it's hard to trust somebody who says they expose fakery, when they themself usea stock photo for their own image. Fellow, REALSCAM member, RibShaw (http://www.realscam.com/members/ribshaw/) found this stock photo of Roy:

http://i1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg536/Paul_Schlegel/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/Roy%20Tribble%20Stock%20Photo_zpscfdhwfly.jpg (http://s1242.photobucket.com/user/Paul_Schlegel/media/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/Roy%20Tribble%20Stock%20Photo_zpscfdhwfly.jpg.html )

Roy also claims to be a "Media Watchdog Expert & Fraud Investigator - Expert fraud investigator and cyber crime forensics analyst":

...but apparently can't spot fake testimonials using basic Google reverse image search. Here are a few Binary Options he recommended that were using fake testimonials that could be detected in under 5 minutes:

If you are wondering why Roy Tribble is using Bill Weld's GPLUS Profile, he proposes an explanation here (http://billhweld.blogspot.com/2014/05/the-dr-bill-h-weld-memorial-page-learn.html) that involves:

"a top secret government operation to put nano particle "kill switch" devices in our food and water supply"

Here's a video where he explains what one of his "sources" in the State Department told him about a goverment-orchestrated stock market collapse:

Here Roy claims:

"ScamWatchdog.org featured in ABC News's Virginia WSET-TV 13 article"

And by "featured in", apparently he means he wrote a press release and submitted it through the publicly available press release service PRWeb:

Caleb, I see you are still hunting for a quick buck :)
Still cannot believe they are all scams ? If you so desperate to trade, i would recommend you US stock market (Nasdaq), stay away from unlicensed and offshore binop and forex kitchens, they made to take your money one way or another, even if you win big, no way they will let you cash it out.

My standard "mother hen" with Binary Options. Anyone reviewing brokers that are not licensed in the US and not mentioning that fact is doing their readers a disservice. if people are willing to violate securities law, what outcome does one expect for their money?

Can offshore "brokers" trade with US residents?

In the case of off-shore platforms offering binary options to retail customers in the United States, the answer to this question is a resounding "No".

As the Director of Enforcement for the CFTC stated in connection with a recently filed lawsuit:

"It is against the law to solicit U.S. persons to buy and sell commodity options, even if they are called ‘prediction’ contracts, unless they are listed for trading and traded on a CFTC-registered exchange or unless legally exempt."

This ridiculous scammer Roy Tribble is all over the place. Looks like another classic case of trying to "baffle them with bulls**t".

On this page (http://billhweld.blogspot.com/), he states:

"Some more testimonials on my software are coming. I've spoken with a few people using it who are willing to go on camera and offer some detailed testimonials"

On this page (http://www.scamwatchdog.org/), he states:

"I also only use REAL testimonials! Click here to learn more, and learn why most testimonials are fake"

On this page (http://billhweld.blogspot.com/2015/02/corey-robinsons-money-platform-scam.html), he states:

"Scam sites like BinaryOptionsWatchdog.com continue to suck people in, with their fake reviews and fake testimonials. They confuse people with their fake reviews, and get them to buy their scam trading bot, Option Bot 2.0 -- it is criminal what is going on! I only wish I could do more"

On this page (http://www.scamwatchdog.org/scamwatchdog-org-uses-real-testimonials/), he states:

"ScamWatchdog.org only uses REAL testimonials!
A lot of websites and even “review” sites will post fake testimonials. Often, this is done to promote a product for sale (for example, BinaryOptionsWatchdog.com posts numerous fake testimonials and fake comments to promote their scam products such as Option Bot 2.0 and Mike’s Auto Trader).
Since ScamWatchdog.org does not have any products it sells and since we believe in doing things with integrity, we provide real testimonials.
Any testimonial that appears on my site is real. People email me their experiences all the time and I post them.
The testimonials on my Master List are from real people. In every case, I ask the person for permission to share the testimonial. I ask if I can use their full name or first name, and their email. In each case, the person specifies what they wish to be made public.
If you wish to verify the testimonials, you can write me and I can forward your message to the person in question if their email was not posted"

Then on this page (http://www.scamwatchdog.org/scamwatchdog-billhweld-blogspot-com-site-disclaimer/), he states:

"The testimonials are atypical, and only examples of the absolute best and unlikeliest results. Some actors have been used to impart some or all testimonials to protect the identities of those involved, and for their safety and protection. A number of people I’ve given my software to are concerned about their privacy and did not wish to appear on camera and requested actors be used. This has been stated in each video as well. Please note this practice will no longer be used, and from now on only real mentor members willing to appear on camera will be offered as testimonials. Roy Tribble feels he made a mistake in using actors to impart some of the stories of his mentor members thus far, and again, this practice will no longer be used whatsoever in the future. (Note: We make every effort to use real, legitimate testimonials, please see this disclaimer on how we use testimonials.)"

JustTooMuchTime (http://www.realscam.com/f11/roy-tribble-scam-watchdog-3916/#post83601) has already proven that he is using a fake photo to illustrate his own trustworthy self and littleroundman (http://www.realscam.com/f11/roy-tribble-scam-watchdog-3916/#post83674) has proven his testimonial actors are from fiverr.com.
While those are are pretty typical scammer tactics, here's where it gets weirder.

On this page (http://www.scamwatchdog.org/scamwatchdog-org-uses-real-testimonials/) towards the bottom under "Recent Success Stories", there are four testimonials complete with photos of four different happy smiling customers that have been merged into a single .jpg to make it difficult to image-search the internet for them. Once you separate them and search, you find that Roy Tribble has been busy stealing photos from various places on the internet for his testimonials:

Ok, not so weird. Just stolen fake testimonial photos. But if you check the location where he stores the image of them all stitched together as one .jpg, you get: http://danbilzerian.info/bigtestimonial2s.jpg

Huh? And who is Dan Bilzerian? Well, he's a self-proclaimed pro gambler, wannabe actor and apparent attention whore who operates his own legitimate self-promotional website at Dan Bilzerian.COM (http://www.danbilzerian.com).

It appears that our "super-Christian" binary options friend Roy Tribble has something to do with the bogus DanBilzerian.info (http://danbilzerian.info/) website:

He stores his photos there.
His christianitynewstoday1@gmail.com email address that he uses for all of his other sites is listed as the "Registrant Email" on the site's domain registration details (http://who.is/whois/danbilzerian.info).
The home page is covered in "titz-n-azz" photos that all have the Welcome to ScamWatchdog.org - ScamWatchdog.org (http://www.scamwatchdog.org) url listed under each one of them.

I guess it should come as no surprise to anybody who's made it this far through this thread, that Roy Tribble appears to have paid a few people 5 bucks to do reviews of his Super Signal Software on Amazon. Here's his current rating for the Scam Watchdog Super Signal's software:

This review is probably the only real review on there and reveals just how devious and financially draining this scam can be for people who buy into it:

Looks like that fine testimonial set Mr. Tribble back about 5 bucks - or maybe $5.99, because he probably had to send Schram 99 cents to purchase the eBook:

http://i1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg536/Paul_Schlegel/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/Erirk%20Schram%20Fiverr%20Reviews%20US%20AccountsJ PG_zpsljifclz1.jpg (http://s1242.photobucket.com/user/Paul_Schlegel/media/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/Erirk%20Schram%20Fiverr%20Reviews%20US%20AccountsJ PG_zpsljifclz1.jpg.html)

The following may be the only real review about Roy Tribble's Super Signal Software - and it shows just how financially draining this scam can be for the victims that fall for it:

I think what Roy means to say is that he made a mistake because he didn't realize how easy it was to find fake testimonials using Google reverse image search.

Also, why is he referencing "Roy Tribble" in the 3rd person?

NikSam posted a connected domain registered to J.R. Tribble. Here's an old version of the BillHWeld Blogspot site and there's something oddly familiar about Justin's picture there:

I'm really starting to question if there really is a Roy Tribble or if this is yet another hoax being perpetuated by Justin Tribble. All he would need is somebody to play the "voice of Roy" or possibly do the voice himself. Justin wouldn't mind if Joel Osteen prayed over him:

Another post by a binary options scam victim calling "Roy" out from this forum discussion (http://binaryoptionspimp.com/showthread.php/2446-Roy-Tribble-at-ScamWatchdog-org-is-Running-a-Huge-Scam) about Roy Tribble and his Scam Watchdog website.

http://i1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg536/Paul_Schlegel/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/The%20Truth%20Post_zps71cypcct.png (http://s1242.photobucket.com/user/Paul_Schlegel/media/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/The%20Truth%20Post_zps71cypcct.png.html)

A couple more nuggets found in that discussion:

This person (http://binaryoptionspimp.com/showthread.php/2446-Roy-Tribble-at-ScamWatchdog-org-is-Running-a-Huge-Scam?p=4040&viewfull=1#post4040) claims Roy is telling people to consider taking out loans:

"You suggested to your 'followers' that if they cannot afford to get 30 of these systems (so that you will give them the software), that they should consider taking out a loan to get them. This is absolutely the worst thing that you have done! It would not be a bad idea IF you were really going to give them a software that could they could use to make money and pay off the loan. You want people to take out a loan to get 30 systems. That's $7,500. Then they are stuck paying back that money and this could cause a REAL financial hardship for people. You should be ashamed of yourself, taking advantage of people like you are!!!!!!!!!!!"

And this person (http://binaryoptionspimp.com/showthread.php/2446-Roy-Tribble-at-ScamWatchdog-org-is-Running-a-Huge-Scam?p=4009&viewfull=1#post4009) doesn't believe the Super Signals Software even exists:

"RoysNewsletter and Mentoring is a big lie and stupid idea he looks like he is very stupid, why telling people to get 20, 40, 60, system when he fully knows well he haven't got any soft ware super signal system to hand out."

More to suggest the non-existence of "Roy Tribble":

Apparently, this is a "Roy Tribble" Twitter Account:

http://i1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg536/Paul_Schlegel/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/Roy%20Tribble%20on%20Twitter_zpsameai5aa.jpg (http://s1242.photobucket.com/user/Paul_Schlegel/media/Fake%20Review%20Sites/RTrib%20-%20ScamWatchdog/Roy%20Tribble%20on%20Twitter_zpsameai5aa.jpg.html)

I stumbled across a Press Release claiming that ScamWatchdog.org had been endorsed by The International Binary Options Trade Commission...or was it the Imaginary Binary Options Trade Commission...I get those two confused. Anyhow, here's part of it:

How incredibly strange it is that Mr Google has never heard of The International Binary Options Trade Commission.

If one were the suspicious type one could easily conclude it was a made up organization.

Actually, one wouldn't even have to be suspicious to come to that conclusion, given the source of the press release

The Hoaxer Offices of Dr Bill H. Weld & Fraud

0

0

Recently a person going by the name of Bill H Weld has stepped up on the youtube soapbox. He has six public videos that have surpassed 50k views in the past month. The videos are just audio of him speaking, he speaks in such a smooth fashion that it can be determined he is reading from a script. His material is fear based, claiming to have a source in the DoD feeding him classified information about future events.

In this thread I will present information that will show what the character known as Bill H Weld has been busted on. I will not be discussing the material he speaks about at this time.

Here are the links to the person I am referring to.

In that post I pointed out how he changed his years of schooling and employment.

These simply cannot be just a slip of the finger mistakes.

His current facebook about page states the following about his education and employment.
Quote:Bill Weld was accepted into Duke University in 1960. He completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology, magna cum laude, and began medical school at Duke University School of Medicine in 1964. He entered the Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program in 1967 and went onto practice as a orthopedic surgeon of high distinction at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

After a decade as a surgeon, Dr. Weld returned to Duke University to pursue a law degree. He describes his interest in law as having "awoken" during the Vietnam War era, "I wanted to practice law, because I saw a great need for social justice. I wanted to help in ways I could not as a doctor." After practicing law in Charlotte, North Carolina and in Clemson, South Carolina, Dr. Weld moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, to open his own practice, and later opened another office in Los Angeles, California, with a focus on corporate fraud. "You never know where you'll end up in life. The corporate angle wasn't what I planned for, but I used it to help a lot of people who were being scammed."
https://www.facebook.com/billhweld/info

So after a decade of being a doctor from 1967-1977, he entered Law School some time around 1977 or 1978. But wait, his Linkedin page says he went to law school 1978 – 1983 or 1970 – 1974. He must be a genius to be a surgeon and going to Law School at the same time, and opening a Law Office in 1977, which was then changed to 1985. The guy can't even get his years right and seems to change his Linkedin page more than anyone I know.

In one of his videos, he states that he doesn't have a website for his law office (but his youtube page links to 6 websites exposing tv shows) and he only advertises through the yellowpages in Las Vegas and L.A. (phone book), and through Signs/Billboards. He says since releasing classified info "they" have removed his yellowpages listing online. So that should mean the printed yellowpages phone book in Las Vegas should have his law firm and name listed. That too seems to have just disappeared.
(10-08-2013 09:40 PM)italianlad69 Wrote: I just want to give you guys a heads up. I'm still in Vegas, and the CenturyLink Yellow Book, Las Vegas has NO such listing for " The Law Offices of Bill H. Weld & Associates." And the Legal Services section is very small, about half of a page and no such name as Bill Weld is in there.

His current linked page says he is now a retired lawyer.

Background checks in Las Vegas, NV, L.A. CA, Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Clemson, SC, and GA, five cities and the six states he listed, reveal zero records for Dr. Bill H. Weld. No addresses, phone numbers, court records, marriage records, school records, degrees, certificates, medical license, admission to practice law, business records, news paper records, no registered charity records. All of which is very unusual for someone with the caliber Dr./Lawyer Weld claims to be.

Bill uses the same slightly blurred photo on his facebook, youtube, linkedin and google+ account. In the google+ account photos section page, he had another photo along side his other photo. After I pointed out this photo, it has since been removed. Here is how the photo section appeared a few days ago.

The photo section has since been changed. Before the change I found a file name for the photo that was removed. It came back to a lawyer named Wade Coye in Florida.

Here is the same photo in Mr. Coye's google+ account.

Video of Mr. Coye.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=5-3VQjfqkjA

The voice from Mr. Coye does not match the voice used in the Bill H Weld videos.

In the video Bill H Weld released yesterday, he claims his family is being targeted. His son and daughter have broke out with some kind of skin rashes and sores. Bill, being a doctor says he has never seen anything like this before. He claims doctors are baffled and don't know what it is, or what caused it. Bill says his son is now in the hospital and is not responding to medical treatment.

Here is a screen shot of his son's arm.

The only problem, doctors do know what this is. Bill stole another photo, this time from wikipedia. All he did was flip the image.

As you can clearly see, Dr. Bill H. Weld, keeps changing things in his accounts, stealing pictures from other people. So how creditable is the info he is releasing in his youtubes? My guess is the info he is releasing is just made up to scare people. Perhaps, he is doing this to prove a point, that the online community of "truthers" "alternative media" "conspiracy theorists" "prepper" "fringe" "awake", put whatever name you associate yourself with in "________", are not as smart, aware, awake, than they think they are or claim to be, and are one in the same as the "sheep" they speak so loudly against. They don't fully investigate or research things, and can easily be herded like sheep.

According to Youtube channel MajorFawcett, Dr Bill H. Weld was supposed to be on a radio show at the end of September, but had to cancel at the last moment due to being in the hospital. Another guest that night on the radio show was Youtube user RevMichelleHopkins. Another fear mongering channel. She recently got caught over that whole FEMA Region 3 martial law BS. Monty called her out, after interviewing the person she claimed she received the info from. He exposed her, she said he was lying, in the end she issued an apology for what she did. If Bill H Weld is buddy's with another person who likes to pump out the fear based lie videos, then we can see where this is going. She is now pumping out the Bill H Weld info, after her FEMA Region 3 martial law claims earlier this month didn't happen. Be aware of the people who are feeding you the disinfo.

So who is Bill H. Weld anyway?

Well, I cannot say for sure. I have a pretty good idea. Since he never actually shows his face in any video, we can't match the face in his online accounts to the voice speaking. This is suspicious to me, but apparently not suspicious to his many followers.

In my findings I posted in the other thread, I went through all the websites Bill listed on his youtube about/info page. I showed who registered each page. It seems Bill has been very busy the past few days changing registrations and taking down a page. You can read the findings in full on this thread.

Not to pile on here, but he lists a "Masters Degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism, Michigan State University" which I thought kind of strange, if you think about it for a minute, those are 3 different things not very likely to be all in one degree at a graduate level....or so it seemed to me....

So I went to https://www.reg.msu.edu/academicprograms/Programs.asp?PType=GR and I'm not gonna copy the whole list, the link is here if you wanna check yourself, but

Academic Programs - Graduate Degrees

Listed below are the Graduate Degrees offered by Michigan State University. Students must consult their advisors to learn which specific requirements apply to their degree programs.

To view more information about a program, including the related Academic Program catalog text, click on the name of the program.

Need I say that, Masters Degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism isn't on the list?

I was almost taken in by this scammer. Thank goodness, I did not the money to get all those bots he recommends in his newsletter. After reading about him, Jason Tribble and Dr. Weld, I know for a fact he is up to no good. You see, at one time I was married to a con artist. He tried to convince me he was a doctor, a lawyer, a CIA agent all rolled into one. So when I read about Jason Tribble that rattled a few memories.

I just read Roy's latest newsletter in which he claims that there are a number of brokers who will reverse a bots winnings and losses and that is exactly what I thought with brokers and auto bots I tried. The funny thing is that the two brokers I used came highly recommended by him and he claims he just added one of them as his personal broker. What a crock!

Welcome to the site 21-4-evr.

IF I was going to trade binary options I would look at NADEX assuming you are in the US. There may be a few other brokers that are properly licensed to do business in the US, but most are simply bucket shops counting on traders losing or cheating them when they don't. A nonstarter for me if they can't be bothered to do some paperwork.

I don't believe there are any BOTS for sale that will beat the market, so there's that. More than my trading system bias, the binaries I have looked at seem priced too high for the risk/reward. The ones that are dirt cheap not really binary bets, more 100-1 long shots.

There is plenty of action in weekly options on the regulated exchanges, and on the high volume contracts the prices generally fair. Not saying there aren't some wooden nickel peddlers, or it's a path to easy wealth but beats dealing with outright crooks any day.

Binary Options Legal US (http://www.nadex.com/why-nadex/legal-for-us-residents.html)

Roy Tribble appears to be amping up his attempts at endearing himself to a fresh wave of suckers.

Roy has moved from Richmond, VA to "Roanoake", VA but is currently "in europe to set up nofeeoptions.com".

Roy apparently registered nofeeoptions.com on April 21, 2015.

"NoFeeOptions.com – soon to be the world’s first non-profit binary options brokerage, with 1:1 payouts and no fees - For too long, bad brokers have stolen money from innocent victims simply trying to trade binary options fairly. Our new brokerage will finally give the 'little guy' a chance to trade with confidence and trust"

Even though they're not open for business yet, Roy has received 310 "comments" beginning May 11, 2015. Here's a sampling of these enthusiastic supporters:

Paul R Ernst
Vlademir C. Figuracion
Kobi Samuel
Bilikisu Oriyomi AAdelakun

You'd think that they're from the most extreme corners of the developed world based on their names, but fortunately when it comes to pouring on the encouragement for our old friend Roy Tribble, they all have the exact same god-fearing, fellow-man loving, positive prose that Roy himself uses.

Roy wants to give you maximum possible exposure to him of course, and has set up Facebook and Twitter accounts for your convenience:

https://www.facebook.com/RoyDTribble
https://twitter.com/RoyScamWatchdog

And don't forget his YouTube account (https://www.youtube.com/user/WebFraudSquad/videos) featuring the famous southern drawl.

Also, with anything "binary" being the rage recently, Roy appears to have registered these domain names on April 10, 2015:

binaryscamwatchdog.com (http://binaryscamwatchdog.com/)
binaryscamwatchdog.org (http://binaryscamwatchdog.org/)
binaryscamwatchdog.net (http://binaryscamwatchdog.net/)

The only one he's done any work on so far is binaryscamwatchdog.com, where he has invented a new god-fearing, common-man-loving character named Christopher Donovan.

About Me

My name is Christopher Donovan, I am 63 years old and was born and raised in Carson Nevada. I am a devoted husband that has been married for over 40 years to his beautiful wife Sharon.

I am also the proud father of 4 beautiful kids and I have been trading for most of my life.

Because I am blessed with the chance of making substantial amount of money from home and my kids are now grown up and ventured in the outside world, I spend a lot of time giving back to the community.

I volunteer every weekend at my local church, donate to the less fortunate I come across on a daily basis (please check out “My Mission” page here on my blog to find out how you can help too) and decided to help people online who fall victims for scams.

Being an experienced trader I can spot scams from miles away, so I investigate them and report them here on my blog so that I can save honest people a lot of money.

I ask for nothing in return, I do this because I am a very experienced trader and I devoted Christian who was blessed with money and a beautiful family and I just want to pay it forward.

There is way too many people in this country and around the world that are in need of help and as I work only few hours per day, I feel obligated to help them in anyway I can.

The ones I cannot help face to face because they don’t live in my town, Carson in Nevada I try to help via this blog.

If you are in the Nevada state or happen to be travelling around this area, please contact me as I will be happy to mentor you face to face and introduce you to the local community.

What I ask in return is nothing but paying it forward. As I said the lord blessed me with a job, trading, which brings me enough money so I don’t need anything more for myself.

But there is a lot of people out there that do need help, so please if I help you by saving you from being scammed or making you money through my mentorship or a system I show then in return pay it forward and help other people.

There is many ways you can help fellow human being, donate some of your trading profits, volunteer, or even just recommend this blog to people you care so they can avoid being scammed.

And please get in touch if you have any questions, I ma here to help and as I said trading from home for a living allows me to have a lot of spare time to cultivate other interests including teaching people.

Don’t get me wrong, making a lot of money is great as it allows you to enjoy life to fullest and take care of your friends and family, but giving back is even more fullfulling.

God bless,

Christopher.

P.S.: Whilst I am devoted Christian and go to church and volunteer weekly, my blog and my help is not just aimed to fellow Christians.

So even if you hear me speak about the lord, please understand that it doesn’t matter what your believes are, I am here to help everybody no matter what.

Love is unconditional

Step right up, folks.
