You've just got to love how these megalomaniacs go over to mlm.com - their home turf - and offer to save the world from the unwashed - only to have their brethren tell them to shove off. :RpS_laugh:

We all remember how Lenny Clements started a thread over there, offering to be the knight in shining armor to cleanse the world from cowardly internet trolls and how that little fiasco turned out! :RpS_laugh:

Now Justin P. Jones the Con-Artist Formerly Known as "Broker Jones" is taking on the same roll over there...

Buck Reed.....marketing a new "viagra" MLM....you gotta see (http://www.mlm.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=32048)

When somebody told me that Buck Reed (the scammer) was now marketing pills for your "junk"......I was like NO WAY.

And then I saw this video on youtube.

After having been kicked out of just about every other MLM company, and collecting money for trainings that never happened.....I guess this is a "new low" for Mr. Reed...

Back when I was "knee deep" in MLM, I actually attended trainings from this guy.......much to my regret.

Justin

Follow up response...

he was your hero for a while.

Cheers,

And it goes downhill from there! :RpS_laugh:

Oceanside Network Seeks Oceanside Girl. Attention All Aspiring Models & Actresses!!!

As our companies Oceanside Network and Oceanside Forex prepare to launch their new websites, we are looking for a special lady to become our spokesperson. We are looking to do for one special girl, what Godaddy did for Candice Michelle.

At this time we are taking auditions for what could possibly become a full time career. Our perfect Oceanside girl is:

Between the ages of 20 & 35

Attractive with the perfect blend of charisma, intelligence, & charm .with a hint of sexy.

Dress is business casual or business professional, use your own judgement!

We wont lie, we are going to audition over 100 girls before selecting our final 5.

In order to audition, simply memorize the quick 10 second script below, film yourself, and then send us an email at: with the title AUDITION in your email. You may use Youtube or Vimeo or any other free video hosting service for your audition.

The top 5 girls will be contacted by us with an additional email for a follow up audition of more length.

The winning girl will be hired immediately to begin production on a 10 minute video that will give an overview for our company and how to participate. (Salary is negotiable, but it will be a healthy 4 figure one time payment for the 10 minute video, and if the production goes well we will discuss a possible Weekly or Monthly paid video Newscast segment.)

It is our desire both to obtain and promote one lucky actress/model towards a full time career with Oceanside. As our company continues to grow we do recognize that the perfect spokesmodel is a 6 figure per year paid position.

AUDITION SCRIPT:

Hello and welcome to Oceanside! Over the next 3 minutes I am going to introduce you to a first class Forex trading system that will blow your mind.

Our institutional grade Forex trading program is not for sale. You will not find it on craigslist or ebay, or any other marketing site, and our results speak for themselves! Below this video you will find our webinar schedule where you can see our accounts trade live, Monday through Friday, two times per day.

We look forward to seeing what you can do,

Broker Jones & ON Staff

What??? An Oceanside girl when they could have Len Clements, MLM guru extraodinaire and Broker's personal fan club on Scam.com? It was so touching the way Lenny deleted the thread about Broker and then so valiantly defended him. Lenny asked for proof Oceanside was a scam. Boy, Lenny got that and landed himself in the permanently banned list.

I wasn't sent packing for not enforcing the rules. I fought to get Lenny removed as a Mod and Admin. The owner had to send him packing to save what was left of his pitiful joke of a site.

The owner, George Dranichak, has never demonstrated any real interest in scambusting, but making money on pay per click sures blows up his dress. Lenny put a huge dent in his revenues I suspect. The members spoke and it was bye bye Lenny. The porn spammer owner must be finding all this embarrassing as hell.

But, come on Broker. Lenny was fired by Scam.com, Yoli isn't singing his praises and the boy needs a job. Hire Lenny as your Oceanside girl. You owe him!!!

Now this is interesting!

I'm sure a common search term for a person investigating someone would be that person's name + scam.

As in "Broker Jones Scam".

At least it is for me.

So I see this thread is currently #9 when you search for that term.

I have a few helpful links. We all know that before he became one of the internet's premier anti-ponzi activists Broker Jones was doing all he could to become one of the internet's premier ponzi promoters. But alas Mr.Jones has done all he could to erase his ponzi promoting past. It is in this light I give you some archive.org links for your reading pleasure:

Going back to the beginning (http://web.archive.org/web/20070119003607/brokerjones.wordpress.com/2006/10/):

Dear Reader,

Some of you know me from the various surf monitors such as ASA and SSM, and for those that do, you probably know by now that I’m a fairly critical analyst when it comes to the Auto Surfing industry and those who monitor the industry. I am not known for pulling any punches, and with my money and your money collectively at stake I see no reason to be wearing the proverbial “kiddy gloves” when it comes to spotting “red flags” and calling surfs and monitors out when I feel they are making mistakes or trending towards “scam”.

I have a high regard for this industry in that in the several months I have been involved, I have witnessed good admins making smart adaptations to tackle the ongoing issues that arise in this business.

High regard for the industry? We are talking about autosurf ponzis, right? When he offered his respects he did know what these "programs" were, right?

I began my auto-surfing career, unfortunately, with Fast Profits Club where I lost about $2400 to that scam. Shortly after I joined Nexxsurf, but fortunately, I picked up on subtle cues within their site and forums and I made it out safely on that one and was actually up $200 when it closed it’s doors and went scam.

Went scam? Like it wasn't one all along? Perhaps Broker just uses a different definition of the word 'scam' than we do.

I define SCAMS as a site that ultimately takes your money and runs without paying you a refund. I don’t care what their excuses may be. If they got hacked? It’s their fault…not ours. If they overpaid and now can’t process your payments? Once again it’s their fault. Did they make a bad investment and now are coming up with 100 excuses of why they can’t pay you? Then they had a bad business plan, and they are not to be trusted.

This is significant, in Broker's world a ponzi scheme that still pays out is NOT a scam. It's funny because around here it's enough to show a company is operating illegally and unsustainably for it to be called a scam. I wonder how he parses Ad Surf Daily (which he used to promote), after all ASD was still paying when the Secret Service shut it down. I presume from Broker's lexicon the moment before the office was raided ASD was not a scam, the moment after, it was. Bad buisness plan I guess. Hey, this might be why Broker insists that Oceanside Forex isn't a scam, he's still making payouts. For the time being at least.

So which surfs was Broker flogging about back in October '06:

I would like to close by listing the surf sites that I am currently in and the sites that I will be joining shortly. I am not going to include any of my referral links at this time, as I am not interested in earning a profit off of you, and am far more concerned with establishing some credibility with my pseudonym Broker Jones.

My real name is Justin Plain Jones and I am in the following sites:

Treo-Surf (I have been paid 4 times from this site with my next pending on the 1st of November and my cash balances are breaking the $400 dollar mark for each of my 50/50 investments. I am feeling extremely good about this site and all of Bob’s Tri-Star Media projects.)

24Surfpro (I have been paid 4 times with my 5th already pending. Each of my two upgrade packages are breaking the $300 dollar mark, and I am excited about how fast this one is growing)

Sites I will be joining soon once I begin pulling out a profit from the above 2:

15hitsdaily (Praise Bob)

13dailypro (I wish I had gotten in this one sooner folks)

XLO (Paying for over a year and noone anywhere that I can find has one negative thing to say about this “savings account”)

Mysurf816 (After listening to this guy on the latest ASA video cast, and hearing his well thought out business plan I’m going to be giving this guy a test spend shortly. The Dodge Viper giveaway contest is interesting, however it was his solid outside of the surf industry investments that have me thinking this Admin is a winner. I will do further research on this one and report back next week.)

Sites that I have pendings in:

The Ultimate Surf (I think I’m going to be paid……….but we’ll see. Nothing bad to say yet, and when I sent in a support ticket I was immediately answered.)

—–
Well I’m going to wrap this up, and if you are one of my few readers I thank you for your time and interest and hopefully over the coming weeks I will establish some credibility and trust as a fellow guiding light in this maze we call the autosurfing industry.

Regards,

The Broker

First I'll point out that regardless of which definition of the word you use, Broker's or ours, each of those programs are (or were) scams. I highlighted (bolded rather) that last part, the appeal to credibility is one of Broker's primary ploys. He isn't a naked referral link whore like some low end ponzi pimps and he never was. He's always had his eye on the larger picture and back then the larger picture looked like this:

I will endeavor to update this blog each sunday, however my business partner and I are in the process of opening our own surf site in the future, and at times I may be pressed to make a timely and well thought out entry.

Well it seems like Broker never opened his own autosurf ponzi, the market got saturated and there was just too much proof of exactly what sort of fraud they are. But never to be dissuaded he now has his hands on a "black box forex robot" that's so good there aren't 50 people in the world who can do what he does. And he wants to get his hands on more people's money.

(I'm not abiding by any sort of time line here, just gathering random reflections and remembrances from Broker's storied career.)

Re: Anyone heard of OceanSide wealth? It's Forex + MLM....

This is a post that our team leader (I also think he founded the company???) posted as an update in another forum... This thing just launched last night....

"Hey everyone.

Another crazy day. I've been going at this for 15 hours, and I think I've lost like 15lbs over the last week. If you don't see me online tomorrow it is because I fell straight down the shower drain!!!!

Going to try and answer some questions here:

1. For the first month we're cashing out 100% of our matrix earnings. Remember in phase 2, that to earn on a Phase 2 member they have to be finished with their own phase 1. (This encourages leaders to help ALL of their team get in profit...IE....even though I'm about to be filling my level 9....I won't earn on lvl 9 until I've helped them all get into profit in p hase 1)

2. Once the FOREX program launches on September 1st, you will still be able to cash out 20% of your matrix earnings each month, and 80% will go into your FOREX account.

3. Matrix cashouts are on the 15th of each month. FOREX cashouts are 30 days from when your money gets into the account.

4. Right now we are 70% through level 10. I'm expecting us to get into level 11 by the morning, and it will probably take us 3-4 days to fill level 11 but possibly faster with all of the big hitters we have coming on board. (And the fact that all of us marketers....haven't even begun yet.....I'm emailing my "List" tonight. *hint hint you might want to join under someone right now before I finish that email *hint hint*))

If you just read between the lines on that hint, and you join tonight. Ask someone else on this forum for their link. I will not give you mine!!! I've got 90 sponsored members....I'm good to go.

Chances are if you have 4 levels full that you are on level 6. Granted you could have only 3 levels full and just be waiting for lvl 10 to complete.

Once level 11 finishes and the Matrices switch to Regular Team Based.....you are going to witness a whole other kind of recruitment explosion.

Many many leaders are not emailing their huge lists right now because they want full control of where their leaders end up.

Kind Regards,

Broker"

First off this is from OceanSide Wealth, not Oceanside Forex. Broker was just the "Marketing Director" in OceanSide Wealth when it stopped paying (hey that means even Broker would call it a scam) where as he's the full on President at OceanSide Forex. Still, it's important to draw these distinctions.

Speaking of distinctions, what's the difference between legitimate multi level marketing and pyramid schemes? Well if most of the money flow comes from product sales to retail customers it isn't a pyramid scheme. For the life of me I can't see what retail product OceanSide Wealth was ever selling. You paid to join, part of what you paid went back to the person who recruited you, some to whoever recruited them and eventually some of that money would be invested in Forex and you'd all be rich.

But please note, the above quote was from late July '08 and they didn't even start pretending to invest in forex until mid September but they were already paying out "matrix earnings". So even if investing in forex could be called a retail product (big friggen IF) Justin Broker Jones was still the marketing Director of a naked pyramid scheme. But that was OceanSide Wealth and that was in 2008. Now it's 2011 and it's called OceanSide Forex, and Broker is sure that this time he isn't breaking any laws.

So I see this thread is currently #9 when you search for that term.

Dig around a little bit for his involvement in Mrs VIP aka Global Marketing Solutions, he eventually had a bit of a falling out with them (damn shame, no honor among thieves anymore) but in the early days he was a supporter.
