Do I really need to point out to him that a lawsuit would a disaster for his career?
First of all, in order to prove defamation in a courtroom, you need to specifiy what is defmatory.
Secondly, when you make a business based on a structure that is used as the ur-example of what a pyramid scheme on attorney general website after attorney general website, it isn't the Federal Trade Commission's rules you should be worrying about.
Third, when your own social media links smack of conspiracy theories, tax protest, and Hell forbid, simony, you aren't very likely to have enough of an understanding of the legal system to be able to avoid having your own SLAPP turned back in your face, making you the defendant rather than the plaintiff.

Ryan, I will say that having read your and Jason's works, I am highly dubious that you could be employed by IARPA in any capacity. It's just not plausible even with the legendary blunders of the American government. You stretch suspension of disbelief to the breaking point.

Given Ryan's past performance and his recent "opportunity" affiliate links, I would not be at all surprised that he has confused cash gifting for crowdfunding like so many others I have seen online of late.
