Sup y'all

So for the second day running now, I seem to have this odd block/message from my Avast anti virus coming up when I go to check out 'Is my advertising pays a scam?" link - NEVER had an issue before yesterday with this page or this site and despite having scanned and cleaned my PC, it came up again :RpS_unsure:

Any ideas please?

Thanks and happy scam-busting/biz flop debunking

I don't get anything and I use firefox too. I will say there are times when this site seems extremely slow lately.....like when I replied to this. lol

None of my anti virus or anti malware programs are indicating problems, but, yes, the site is running slow and, as a matter of fact, the server dropped off for a couple of minutes as I was typing this post

Thanks, folks it appears to be behaving itself this evening

Must be just a weird ermmm 'thing' that happened. Twice.

And yes, the site was indeed slower than an Asthmatic elephant going uphill in concrete boots

As you were, my fine-feathered fraud-flaggers

:chickendance:I would get things like that once in awhile when I used Avast too. Both their free and paid services did it over the two years I used them. I checked a number of times with other services (AVG, McAfee Enterprise) and they never found anything. I switched over to Bitdefender last June and haven't had anything like it since.

Most likely some script is just getting a false positive from Avast.

Well, coming here from a Google search is triggering a redirect virus again, so something is definitely amiss.

Yeah, see that's what I'm saying - I just had it again now coming on here?

I got a strange warning too, and site is running just a little slow.

Let me know if there's anything I can do to help out. If it's something like searching for certains types code and making specific changes, I can do that.

The redirect virus is back. It's now sending Google searches to hdfilmizled.com which then attacks the visiting system with further malware.

Just got one that sent me to adultfriendfinder.

Has this ever caused RealScam to hit the dreaded "suspicious sites" list with the "this site may harm your computer" message?

littleroundman

Yep, certainly has.

In fact we have had to apply to Google to have the site re indexed after one particularly virulent attack

Whenever I try to jump to Realscam from a search engine result.

Just went to use a smiley and when I clicked the "more" option Mcafee gave me a warning. Just wanted to pass this along.

part of the question got cut off. It's suppose to read: Are you sure you want to go there? This could be a hilarity overload for just one post.

Where is Poyol? That redirect infestation has been causing trouble for weeks again, and now Norton Security is flagging realscam links with a red exclamation point on websearches.

Also have Norton - this is the page Norton is reporting as not liking.
Arnaud Massartic (http://realscam.com/f12/arnaud-massartic-3034)

Perhaps temporally deleting that thread in Investments and Corporate Discussions would remove the error?

No. It isn't just one page that Norton is reacting to. It seems to be throughout the entire site.

I don't get any warnings but if I click your link, it appears as if I'm not logged in.

Also try a Google search of site:realscam.com and see what your security products show on the links.

Hi Prof
In the link you gave. Click on the arrow to the right of: Threats found: 1
and norton will expand it to show the page(s) it doesn't like.

Admin can we do anything about this?

littleroundman
04-23-2016, 11:42 PM
Organizing it as we speak.

The problem is, we rely on being told it's happening as none of us are experiencing the faults.

Thanks to everyone who has done so.
