If he / she are near the top or are early joiners, he / she may just con encourage enough people to join after him / her to enable him / her to get back the seed money and make a few bucks profit as well.

There's nothing special about the Achieve Community HYIP ponzi fraud, so the number of new victims with fresh money will be severely limited. The fact Achieve Community has already been exposed on a number of forums and blogs will only further restrict the inflow of new funds.

As is the way of these things, there will doubtlessly be a flood of HYIP ponzi pimps (read: posters like "Puddles") desperately trying to put lipstick on the Achieve Community pig

It'll probably last a few months on the usual suspect HYIP ponzi forums where the desperadoes who frequent them would gamble on the outcome of two flies climbing up a wall, but, there will never be the amount of newbie money required to keep it running more than the few months it's already been in existence

Hmm, let's see. The Achieve Community is not registered to do business in Michigan, where it is located, or anywhere else for that matter. You know like all "legal" companies do. Kristi and Troy have been involved in numerous illegal cash gifting schemes and Kristi was a major promoter of ProMatrixPlus which lasted about 6 months before it crashed and burned, no government authorities to shut it down. Kristi did steal some of their marketing content for Achieve, but that is SOP for people like Kristi and Troy. So what could possibly go wrong with The Achieve Community? Yes I am being sarcastic.

Now we are to believe that Puddles has never heard of RS before, but just magically found RS. Kind of reminds you of all the BS that Kristi and Troy are throwing around trying to steal millions. Kind of odd that Puddles is not posting at MMG telling everyone how great of a program this is, unless Puddles is posting under another name there. Which then leads to why not use the same name here?

Well, at MMG I was told that this was not a Ponzi because they were using Payoneer as their payment processor, and Payoneer doesn't deal with Ponzi's. No sooner had that been posted that it was announced that Payoneer is no longer available to them as a payment processor. Just too funny! From what I have gathered, they are not paying now after the members were bragging the turnaround was down to 30 days. Talk about poetic justice.

What is truly strange is that Ken Russo has been almost absent from posting. Maybe he is still licking his wounds from the shut down of Genesis Acquisition International and a few others he has pimped that have gone down. He did make a token appearance a day or two ago to try to counter my postings in the thread at MMG with his usual this is a real program and not a Ponzi that he always says. But for some reason I got the impression his heart wasn't in it. It seemed more of a duty to post or was goaded into posting than he believed what he was saying.

Personally I think what is happening to Faith Sloan has him scared to death it could happen to him, so he is laying as low as he can trying not to draw attention to himself. Hopefully he is next on the authorities radar to take out of action. Seems some agencies are now starting to go after the HYIP Monitors as accomplices in promoting these Ponzi's. Hopefully the U.S. will start doing the same.

You blog for another scambusting site and are jealous of Real Scam's history of calling scams correctly sometimes years before they implode. Zeek Rewards, Profitable Sunrise, Flexkom, and Banners Broker just to name a few. It's ok to be in the little leagues and work your way up, no need to pretend you are just some "casual observer".

Believe it or not, we get a lot of members of competing anti-scam sites who are simply green with envy. SOME of the biggest dopes actually pretend to be business people who are personally evaluating the opportunity. Clearly you are too smart for that.

This is so true, everyone knows that scams never start out by paying people. Madoff failed to pay people for 17 years and everyone referred their friends cause let's face it nothing gets anyone more excited than not being paid. The fact that "payment processors" in foreign jurisdictions are being used lends mucho credibility.

Another plus is that it involves endless recruiting. It is a well known fact that 99% of the people in Amway and Herbalife make $100,000 + each year, more if they go ALL IN. In fact, these days I am suspicious if something does not involve recruiting and ebooks. But that's just me, you know how cynical looking at scams day after day can make a girl.

Anyhow, no need to hide. You come over here and start as an apprentice scam buster, small stuff at first but you really have a nose for this stuff.

Just wait until the troops start making Facebook posts (and such) advertising this "approach."

Today has been a day of constant calls and paperwork with our processors. And the end result is that we have a better time frame now for starting up again.

I want to caution you that we do not have any final and binding agreement yet – and although everything appears to be good – anything can happen with these processes.

However, right now it looks like we could be up and running again by the end of next week or beginning of the following week – between the 21st and 26th. This is just a best guess at this point.

Here’s how it will go –

We will begin with coding, so our website may have some short downtimes over the next 10 days or so, depending on how quickly the agreements are reached.

We will start by first allowing new sign ups and repurchases. And we will begin getting everyone signed up to our new payment processor.

I will not tell you who this is until we start up again, and there are good reasons for that, so please just wait for that announcement.

About a week after that we will begin paying out to those members who already have gone through the matrix and those who go through after we start again.

And then, we will be a fully running, completely functional Achieve Community once again!

I’m excited about this – even though still a bit cautious – and I hope you are too. We will have the right people in place to move forward with us for a long time.

That would indicate 6,250 positions have been paid out at $400 each.

To fund 6,250 postions, (8*6250) 50,000 positions have to be in the queue waiting for their 800%.

50,000 * $400 = $20,000,000 owed by Kristi the Debtor.

To raise $20,000,000 (50,000 *8) 400,000 new positions have to be created.

A couple of very interesting and telling posts at MMG if they are true. Here is what was posted:

If this story is true, I do wish his family the best, and Troy just committed a major felony. Guess he thinks that The Achieve Community funds are his personal checking account. I also seemed to have missed this part in the TOS of Achieve allowing Troy, or Kristi for that matter, to do this. But Troy and Kristi are "honest" admins.

The real reason why the payments are delayed is they can't find a payment processor to handle their transactions, which is truly shocking with so many who turn a blind eye to programs that are Ponzi's and offer their services.

But now they have competition from Xtremeprosystems. Their matrix only allows $45 to turn into $300. Pikers! The poor admin of Xtremeprosystems worked so hard he had to take the weekend off to recuperate, and after just 1 week is already having maintenance and system issues. Too funny, but he is honest as the day is long. :RpS_lol: And of course we have the obligatory posts of: This cycled so fast and I got my first $400, and of course our genius investor who has a plan to take a one-time $45 investment and turn it into $1 Million in less than a year in this.

I was hoping I would have a start date for you today! Our processors are still working on it though and still don’t have a date for us.

From my experience doing this, it doesn’t look like there are any problems (that I would hear about), just taking them longer than they originally thought….which is normal also!

There are a lot more details involved with our program than most people see or hear about, and everything is moving along just fine, so no worries.

Meantime, we are getting the banners done and the new forum done and the time frame for those are 7-10 days.

I’m so excited to see us moving our matrix and paying people again. It’s such a good program and makes a difference for so many people! Keep sharing those dreams you all have, they are coming true soon.

You all did it! We have our processor! We will be starting up again!
And of course I have more information to share with you about this whole process.
The reason we aren't telling you who our processor is, is this.
1. When you sign up with them from your Achieve back office you automatically sign up with your account attached to us so that we can pay you.
2. It takes time for you to get approved with a payment processor. They need to know you are who you say you are - it's online processing, they can't see you, they don't get your signature, so they check your information.
3. If you go sign up with them on your own, you have to wait to be approved before you can attach your account to us in your back office and then you have to go through the process again to attach your account so we can pay you.
We ran into this problem with Payoneer when we started. What happened was this, people went and signed up with Payoneer and then didn't get approval or their cards for 2-4 weeks and couldn't attach their accounts to us to get paid. When they finally got their accounts approved, or their cards, it took more time to have their accounts approved again and attached to us. Most people were fine, but some went through the matrix before they had their accounts and had to wait to get paid until they were approved and attached to us.
Just doesn't work.
Here's what does work.
1. We don't tell you who it is until they are programmed into our system.
2. You go into your back office and sign up with them through our system and get approved.
3. You get paid.
When you go into your back office to sign up with the new processor (and everyone will need to do this - don't worry, they can handle it) - you will see the payment options. It's different for every country, so you will just have to make your own choices when you see what is available to you. Usually you will have an option for bank transfer, debit card, wire transfer, or there may be a few other options. It won't be the same for everyone everywhere. We can't tell you what your options will be - just wait until you can sign up please, and see what is offered to you.
More information about the banners. Some of you seem to think that we needed the Banners to get approval, that is not true, it wasn't required, and as I said in an earlier update, we always have added new products every month. What we do want for our processors and for our program is to show, into the future, that people are using our products, and banners are an easy way to do that - we can easily see that you are using our products every time you make a banner. So when that is ready, make banners! That will keep our processors happy.
Now about the timing. Here is the choice we have. And I would like you to comment on whatever platform you are reading this from - the blog or the Facebook page you found it on.
Since we won't have the coding for the Payout Processor until the end of the week, our programmer won't be able to attach it and test it until next week.
We could
1. Start up in a few days allowing new members to sign up and current members to repurchase and then everyone could sign up for the processor next week.

2. We could wait until everything is done and then start up.

It may seem like this has taken a long time, but the reality is this - we can't remove Payoneer from our back offices until next Monday night so that everyone who was paid and has an account with them can finish taking their funds out. So we actually got the new processor too early for us to attach it! That's good news.

As you all know, I'll only do what works absolutely best for our community, and having Payoneer on our site when new members sign up may be a bit too confusing. We also will be making some changes to the sign up procedures (including repurchases) for integration and extra security. For those reasons I've decided that we will start up Tuesday. We should have our payout processors attached within a week or so from that start up date.

So, we are starting up without our payout processor and you will have to go back into your back office to attach them when that is ready, or you can wait until that's done and sign up or repurchase then. Your choice. But we will be ready for those of you who want to start up early on Tuesday. We will be able to accommodate all of you either way.

I guess Troy and Kristi haven't heard of sending them a check or bank wire. But that would mean they would have to part with money which they aren't going to do. The sad part is that there will be legions sending them money for more matrix positions thinking the payment processor will happen soon.

I am anticipating they will announce there has been a glitch with the new payment processor that is going to delay payments for a little while longer (like the rest of December), but of course you will still be able to buy new matrix positions. Then sometime in January they will announce they could not work out the details for the payment processor to work properly and they are back to finding a new one; or they will just shut down.

Please note that the payment form has changed. Please be sure to read the form carefully and fill out everything asked for correctly through each page of the process. You will have to add your CVV code twice - this is a security measure.

You will need to have a MasterCard or Visa debit or credit card to purchase from us, so have that ready too please.

The maximum purchase will be 20 positions. You can purchase between 1 and 20 positions. You can purchase twice in one 24 hour period. You can purchase 5 times each week up to 8 times in the month.
So, to plan your strategy, you want to consider how many positions you want in the next month, and how many to purchase at one time to reach your goal, with a maximum of 8 purchases over the month.
If you want the most allowed, as an example, 160 positions, you would make 8 purchases of 20 positions each, spread out over the next month. If you want 80 positions you can do 4 purchases of 20 positions or 8 purchases of 10 positions each. And so on. It's very simple math if you start with your monthly purchase amount.
These are temporary limits so that we can continue to grow without any more downtime. As they change I will update you.

Achieve will also have some daily limits for the next month.
Any time you, or Achieve, reach a limit, your purchase will simply be declined. That's all that will happen. Wait until the next day to try again and you will be fine.
I believe that we will see our limits expand quite quickly, as we have a solid community of people who know that this is a Lifetime Income Plan and want to stay with the program and see their dreams come true! And our processors are ready to support us as we grow.

I do sort of wish we hadn't scared the processors off with our tremendous growth so that we could still be limitless right now, you all know that, but then again, what a problem to have right? It's so exciting seeing how our matrix is moving again! And I know it's frustrating for those of you who have had your cards declined. Good news is we are working on a few things that should help and be in place in the next few days.

Most importantly just understand that with these limits you can only make three attempts per day before you will only get declined no matter what you do. So please just wait another day if you are declined. You are limited to 3 transactions per day per card, 6 per week, 9 per month for now.

Your address information and all other information must match the card you use when you sign up.

This is giving us better security but it means you can't sign up someone else with you card and no one can sign you up with their card.

I know some of you paid and didn't go through the entire process and do not have your login info or do not have your positions in your back office. Just send your receipt to support please. It's going to take some time to get to you, but you will be taken care of and have your paid positions and access.

You will get an odd code as the payee instead of Achieve on your card statement - that is just how these clusters of overseas merchants work - and it gives Achieve our higher limits so that everyone can continue to sign up all day and night. Please make note of it from your receipt so you know what the charge is when you get or look at your statement. Your bank may also charge you a small processing fee now as the accounts are overseas. As it's your bank making that charge we have no way of knowing what it will be.

These people are working very hard to help us all and to grow with us so we have everything we need to continue to create the income you deserve. Achieve is going to give you everything you want and do it better than anyone else can.

Well all the members were all a-twitter with the excitement that Troy and Kristi would be announcing the new payment processor on last nights call. But Troy and Kristi did not announce the new payment processor, but they did announce you can login to your back office, click on members area, products, and you can go to either the banners or forum and then once you are there you can navigate back and forth to either the forum or banner maker page. I am sure this had all the members dancing with joy at this exciting news.

They also said that the members of their new private forum is the place where all of you can talk about anything you want to talk about and say anything you want to say about Achieve and our Community. Wanna bet that the first person who dares ask a serious question, or makes a comment about not having a payment processor to get paid will be banned immediately for being a troll, a trouble-maker, a negative person, or any of the other names they call people who dare question Troy, Kristi or Achieve? :RpS_lol: Oh and they also don't want members posting on the public forums, only on their own private forum. While no official word from Kristi, or any update of hers posted at MMG, the members are crowing that Global Cash Card is there new payment processor. Global Cash Card touts itself as a payroll processing cash card and not a payment processor. Now Achieve touts itself as an International company, but Global Cash Card only does business in these countries: US, UK, Australia, Mexico and Puerto Rico. And even then they have limited ATM capabilities in most of those countries. Real winner there Kristi and Troy.

But it gets even better....Global Cash Card is not more than 10 miles from my house. I tried calling but all their voice mail extensions are full and you can't leave a voice mail. Gee, I wonder why? So I guess a road trip is in order. Besides it is always fun to discuss things in person instead of over the phone. I actually met the head of marketing at a business networking function a few months back so will have to renew that friendship.

Yeah I can see where starting an illegal pyramid scam and not having enough money to relocate someplace warm without extradition could cause some tense moments at the supper table. Perhaps not as bad as elbows on the table, but darn close.

Now what is truly interesting about Troy taking a leave is that all the agreements are with Work With Troy Barnes, Inc or LLC. not The Achieve Community. Unless he has given Kristi authorization over the funds, he is the only one who can legally authorize any transfer of funds anywhere. Since Work With Troy Barnes, Inc is only registered as a business entity in Delaware, and Work With Troy Barnes, LLC is only registered in Michigan as a business entity, it remains to be seen just how any payment processor can legally do business with them.

This house of cards is about to fall down, and it is going to be really, really ugly when it does. If the stories are true, there are a lot of new people conned into dumping a lot of money into Achieve, and there is no way they will be around when they can complete their first cycle. Their only hope is the Feds shut them down and freeze assets.

The first thought that occurred to me when I saw it was that there must be an unusually large number of complete newbies involved with Achieve if they don't recognize the #1 sign a HYIP is dead or dying is no payments for over a month.

All the old hand HYIP ponzi players on the MMG HYIP ponzi forum must have choked on their Cornflakes when they saw "Doug Close" posting proof Achieve is "not paying" when he thought he was posting proof of its' legitimacy.

It was United States of America. v. Dennis Roger Bolze. Bolze was a Tennessee Ponzi schemer and one of the original "mini-Madoffs." The sentencing judge applied a "two-level vulnerable victim enhancement" because senior citizens were ensnared.

Bolze also is important in other ways: He cast a narrow net, despite the fact he had investors in the United States and Europe. Indeed, "only" about 100 victims were involved. Compare that to a web-based, Ponzi-board scheme whose net is so wide it can draw in people by the tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands. The wider the net, the higher the odds that seniors AND other unusually vulnerable victims will get drawn in.

It takes only one unusually vulnerable victim for an enhancement to apply. Beyond that, Bolze advanced a number of arguments commonly heard on Ponzi boards. The district court dismissed them. Then, the appeals court dismissed them.

Under the fact of the case, Bolze was going to get a lot of time -- at least 252 months. But the judge applied the enhancement, and Bolze ended up being sentenced to 327 months. He appealed. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit upheld the sentence. Bolze tried unsuccessfully to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

I have two main priorities right now, getting you paid and getting accounts straight. That is what I am spending my time doing.

If you have questions about our program come to the Forum to ask them. If you are a member with time, come to the Forum to help answer your community members please.

If you have purchases that have not shown up in your back office after a couple of days, please send in a support ticket with your name and receipt. If you can not find your login information, please send in a support ticket with the name and email address you signed up with and we will get it resent to you.

We are no longer able to be a Facebook program – and that is not up for debate – there are several reasons for this – and most have to do with our processors.

That’s why we have the Forum, so that everyone can continue to communicate as a community, and we can work with the best processors possible.

So, between December 7th and 24th positions sold between September 12th and 16th cycled. Four days worth of positions in 17 days which sadly means sales are increasing. Of course with a minimum of 8+ positions needing to be sold for any one position to cycle you can understand why Kristi doesn't want people to track this too closely and this is still without anyone claiming to have gotten their Global Cash Card in the mail yet so payouts are still very much theoretical at best. Looks like the excuse pump is primed until mid January on card arrival and here's the best part, if Global Cash Card does come to their senses Kristi can use that as yet another excuse to delay payouts (and blame the critics). Hell, it wouldn't be her worst move to call GCC up and just call the deal off.

This crook remained unpunished for most of crimes he committed to this day.

the first his Ponzi was massive "MMM", operating in Russia 1993–94, portraying itself as an investment fund, for which he got a license.
Later , in 1993 , when his stocks were growing 20% per month, he asked the securities commission to emit more shares so he can attract more investors, the commission refused. He printed so called "tickets" (basically his own money with different nominations with his own face on it),
he claimed those "tickets" to be his intellectual property and that he is free to buy or sell them any way he wishes and if they grow in value every month, it is not a concern for commission.
In 1994 , the Tax authority charged him with evasion, he made quite a riot in the country, calling the tax authority the enemy, and made the investors vote for his seat in Parliament. Later, his representative's immunity from prosecution was revoked by the other members of parliament. And he was arrested, but released till the trial, and he disappeared. The total losses from MMM ponzi were estimated at 10 billion USD with tens of millions of victims.

Upon release, he launched a new Ponzi Scheme - MMM-2011, which clearly stated this is a ponzi schem, invest on your own risk, but it might or not might work forever, depends if the whole world will join, if the whole world will join the scheme becomes the only financial system in the world – therefore cannot collapse.

The scheme is still active, was restarted like 5 times, Mavrodi currently is in hiding and addresses his followers twice a week with youtube videos.
His Brother and niece still wanted in Russia and were not found since 1994.
His wife, who divorced him before arrest and daughter according to some information are living in mexico.
No money were ever recovered and there is a speculation his ex wife and other family members hold it in offshores.
The theory that Russian government stole all the money out of his ponzis is supported by him.
He is also an author of several books, written in jail, one documentary "PyraMMMida" his version of the story about MMM–94
And one fiction, series of short stories titled "The Son of Lucifer".
Procceds from the sale of the books were arrested, and the funds are going to the victim compensation fund.

All these seedy little ponzi/pyramid games "work" for a while at least. Charles Ponzi and Bernie Madoff paid as promised, until they couldn't. Does that mean they were perfectly legitimate business men/ investment opportunities while they were able to pay and only became scammers when they ran out of money or were they running a con the whole time?

With Achieve you have to either believe that Kristi Johnson created a "three dimensional algorithm" that magically turns $50 into $400 each and every time OR realize that for every $400 payout there need to be 8+ $50 pay ins. Does it bother you that in the almost full month since Achieve resumed accepting money less than one week worth of positions have "cycled through the matrix"? If Kristi's magic algorithm worked as she claimed why does there need to be any delay in the first place let alone having that lag time continuing to increase. All the regulars here and about 20% of the regular posters in the "official" Achieve facebook group know for a fact that it's a scam, what kind of scam it is, how it works and why it will fail. The only difference between us and them is we don't want the Achieve Communities soon to be victim's money. It really is the best part of monitoring a fb group like that, figuring out who is falling for the lies and who is only pretending to fall for them so as better to profit from them. Rodney "Gankans" Blackburn (of whom I will post more later) is a fine example of the later group. He has an amazing amount of experience at pretending to be as gullible as his intended victims need to be to fall for what he's selling. Not enough yet to give up his day job but almost enough to merit his own topic on this forum. My favorite definition of an "expert" is someone skilled at finding people less informed than themselves and with a talent for bewitching them. It is in this sense that Rodney Blackburn is an "expert." Let me leave Mr. Blackburn alone for the moment (but not long), because we know who he is and what side he's on.

Honestly, we don't know that Mr. usatown knows what he's doing. I ain't dropped the dragnet and gone all Jack Webb on him and hardly see the point doing so, he came here as a guest and I'll treat him as such. If he is an honest (soon to be) victim of Achieve then it's for the better angels of our nature to help him see that it isn't his judgment that is failing him here, his better judgement isn't falling for Achieve in the first place. You need a little bit of aggravated greed to fall for a pitch like this one and most people also need a peer group of the similarly willfully unwary to provide the sort of social reinforcement to cheer that little seed of greed to out arm wrestle a lifetime of common sense. This is the real reason anyone posting anything insufficiently enthusiastic about Achieve gets banned from their official facebook group, the group isn't there to provide information it's there to be a 24/7 rolling sales pitch for fresh investment. Watch it become more shrill and paranoid as more and more members realize that their only hope that Kristi's promise that they will get paid can only possibly come true is if enough new victims members can be encouraged to jump off the very same fiscal cliff they themselves already regret diving from.

It's fairly astonishing to think about but some animals will actually gnaw one of their own limbs off to escape from a trap. It's kinda nauseating to realize that some humans will gnaw someone else's limb off to escape from a financial trap if it will put a few bucks in their pocket.

The only thing we know about Mr. usatown is that he has money in Achieve. For anything past that I would beg his indulgence in sharing with us. This doesn't need to be an adversarial process. Hell, imagine we're wrong about Achieve, he and anyone else is invited to come here a year from today and scoff at us for our doubt. Or, as is far more likely, a finite number of weeks from today Kristi joins Troy in the ranks of those referring to their involvement in Achieve in the past tense, I want him to feel welcome in coming back here to share his experience. He doesn't have to of course but even as we are right here is one very important point: We still have a mega crap load to learn about how to productively talk people out of these schemes while they're still running. Hello Achieve Community!

I have some bad news for the Community. GCC is not going to work with us after all, and that is not the worst of it. We have to restructure our Achieve organization. I don’t know yet what that will mean entirely, until I speak with my lawyers tomorrow. All I can tell you is that I fully intend to have us up and running again as soon as possible and that I know there are many options for doing this. But at this point I need expert advice and I’m not going to guess at what that will be. Instead I’ll let you know when I have real information about what this is going to take and how long it will take.

I know that Achieve is not going anywhere, no matter what we have to do – and you will know what our future will be as the solutions are put into place.

There is a lot of work for me to do….I’m very sorry I can’t just be online and talk with all of you….but this restructure needs my full attention now.

Nothing is going to stop me. This Community is changing the world and we aren’t going to let a few set backs stop that.

Hello Achieve Community!

We are going to stop sign ups and repurchases for a few days beginning in about 30 minutes, so that our merchant can get caught up. And we won’t be doing more sign ups until we have more information about payout options for us.

I hope to have some good news on that in the next few days! Thursday I’ll be meeting again with the lawyers and that will give me a better time frame for when Achieve will be completely ready to go again. I will keep letting you know how things are going as the information becomes available to me.

In the meantime, while this process is going on, there is very little that I can tell you without risking hurting the entire process. So please, keep the speculation quiet, you will hear everything, just be patient please. Everything is set up for Achieve to be structured for our long term future! There is a lot of work for me to do this month, but it is all laid out and looks very good for us. As always, I’ll keep you informed as we go, for now we have our back up systems coming in place.

We have tried to figure out the best ways to organize this Forum, and in order to have everything load more quickly have changed over to pages. It will be more difficult for conversations, we just don’t have a lot of options with this. You can always follow posts by clicking on the bottom for email alerts, they come with a link that will take you to the post you want to see.

I received the preliminary approval for our temporary payout processor last night. Very exciting. They are telling me three weeks to process us, I’m pushing for quicker! This will be more expensive, and it gets you paid. They offer Visa or MasterCard and they have an unlimited option for those making more than $10,000.00! They are International and the cards can be used anyplace there are ATM’s. I’m going to recommend that only members who purchased through September sign up initially. This will be voluntary, you will have the option to wait until we have restructured and have permanent solutions. I’ll give you more detailed instructions as we go.

Our poor support staff has the flu! I will work on getting support tickets answered this weekend, give us a bit more time now though please.

This is my message for you this weekend –

I am not your enemy. The design of the Achieve program is not the problem.

The enemy, the problem, is the financial structure of our industry, and our global economy. This has been around for decades. It says that only 3% of people can make money, 97% can not. Only a few can do well. And they can only do well by hurting everyone else. And it must be that way!

Nothing else works!

The Achieve Community came along and said – we don’t believe that! It does not have to be that way.

Getting agreement is difficult, we are fighting all those decades of thinking in terms of scarcity and inequality. We are fighting industrialized fear of success. We are fighting institutional mind sets that haven’t changed if lifetimes!

What people are saying against us is just their indoctrination in the system.

The difficulties we have with financial institutions is just their indoctrination in the system.

And we are changing minds, and creating something that will change that structure. And we have much more support today than we did when we started.

There is no need for us to fight that mind set, no need to even respond to it. All we need to do is keep showing them a different way to see things. Over and over and over. And we are doing that.

My wish for all of you is that you find peace in this change, that you find hope for yourselves, that you can relax into a new way of seeing the future and just enjoy the ride.

The "Internet Marketers" pablum and the talk like this is some sort of an honest business always gets me. Perhaps the only thing more dangerous than taking financial advice from these types is swigging potions based on their health claims.

Perhaps I'm wrong to conflate issues. Achieve is not in fact legitimate MLM and it is after all, a small, stupid little matrix ponzi and it's only connection to legitimate MLM is that it uses the EXACT same commercial cult tactics that are so loved by legitimate MLM today. Never give up, Never doubt, Never ask any questions. Those are the esteemed virtues and price of participation for members of the official Achieve facebook group and every other MLM facebook group I've been party to. The similarity is unmistakable and purely functional, modern MLM has so divorced it's self from selling actual products or services to actual customers and instead focused so narrowly on one income opportunity seeker selling that income opportunity to other similar seekers that it doesn't change the presentation in the least when you completely remove any product or service at all from the equation.

I see the intellectual leaders of the MLM community, some of whom I try to respect (partwise at least) argue on behalf of their industry. I realize there is a difference between the legal definition of a pyramid and the functional definition of a pyramid. Here is where they are aiding and abetting a crapload of collateral damage, they seek to rationalize the "gray areas" as they exist without giving thought to why the laws exist in the first place.

In an ironic way the Achieve Community is a perfect example of what is wrong with modern MLM. Again, Achieve isn't legitimate MLM but it markets itself exactly as if it were, it's members regard it as if it were and quite frankly, if we had accurate statistical data on the win loss percentage of the cash transfer scheme involved, it may well in fact not compare unfavorably to the win loss percentages in such industry darlings as WakeUpNow. Hell, about 4% of WUN affiliates make more than they spend, if it wasn't for the processor issues perhaps almost 10% of Achieve members would be above water. This is a bizarre thought but one I've held for quite a while but isn't it strange that a straight up pyramid scheme might be a better investment than a crappy modern MLM? But as so many modern MLM hasten to point out, they are not an investment. Perhaps that's why.

My point here is not only that the Achieve Community a full product and the logical result of the commercial cult like indoctrination tactics perfected by the legitimate MLM community, after all how many times have we heard that the tools you learn here (after paying for them) will help you build any business you apply them to. But the core focus of modern MLM has shifted SoOooo far away from selling products and services to people willing to pay for them just because they actually want to buy them that stories of them are like the new MLM unicorn. There is an idealized image in peoples minds of actual customers but no one ever seems to have actually seen one. This is where the rubber meets the road and where the tire fire starts, you can argue with me all day long that it doesn't matter what percentage of product sales are affiliate purchases and that even if it's 100% it doesn't make it illegal. But 100% of all "position" sales in Achieve are by definition to affiliates but the same is true of WUN or IQ Life. But those last two have actual products, even if (unicorns withstanding) the only people buying them are income opportunity seeking affiliates. But the Achieve Community isn't legitimate MLM.

If there is a single point that will fly completely over the head of any industry consultant or paid advocate reading these words but I would wish wouldn't it would be this: the FUNCTIONAL definition of a pyramid scheme and why they are illegal in the first place is where to start the conversation. If the DSA and a bunch of paid confederates serve to loosen regulations and move the LEGAL definition of a pyramid further from the functional one, you are not only NOT doing your industry any favors but you're also helping to screw over (yet) more people. Not that your sort tend to care about stuff like that but I like to watch you pretend to.

Just as Kristi was making this announcement, behindMLM received a contact from the Colorado Securities Division investigator indicating a possible investigation and asking for anyone in Colorado who put money in Achieve to contact him. Since behindMLM has not been able to verify for sure if the Email address does indeed belong to the investigator, it was withheld from the article. From all appearances it does look legitimate. What surprised behindMLM the post just showed up for the blog.

The good news is that if there truly is an investigation ongoing with the Colorado Securities Division, having this new payment processor active will help in their investigation. News that Kristi is not going to appreciate, nor Troy. Wonder how my defamation of character lawsuit is coming along?

Today I just want to share some general information with you.

First about credit card fraud:

January is a notorious time for credit card fraud, people use their cards more often in December because of the holidays, and January sees a lot of charges that aren’t legitimate (I think some hackers believe that there is a percentage of people who won’t notice an extra charge or two during this time of year too, so do reconcile your accounts).

The banks are very good about refunding any unauthorized charges. You just need to call your bank if you have this problem.

Online fraud is something every online company has to deal with, using the most secure systems we can.

Achieve does not store any card information, social security numbers or any other sensitive details from our members on our site.

Everything is secure and sent to secure sites.

I’ve heard from people running a couple other programs this month that they have had issues too, and a few of our members have been in those programs.

The general thought is that the best solution for purchases online is using a prepaid card that you load with just the amount you want to use. That way if it is compromised, there’s nothing there to grab. I think this is a very good idea.

The main reasons the banks, and MasterCard and Visa create the limits they do is because of the fraud and money laundering.

Again, in our experience, any fraudulent charges are refunded by the banks, and they go after the hackers.

We do everything in our power to make sure you are safe, and we work with our merchants to be sure that our systems keep getting updated so that we don’t have issues.

When we have heard of a problem, we have immediately changed our gateways so that we can keep you safe. And it’s something we will always work to resolve.

Second, a bit about processors just for your information.

Most of you have used payment platforms like PayPal, Payza, STP, Egopay – that sort of account. You open them up yourself and can send and receive payments. A lot of small online companies use these, most of the online stores and auctions use them.

These are manual payment platform. Each transaction is done manually, one at a time.

Some of them allow some batching, if the amounts are the same and the country is the same, but most don’t. They charge a percentage of the payment in fees to either the sender or receiver.

They are limited in their reach (STP for example isn’t available in some US states, and few countries). They limit the transaction amounts from sellers. And they are very expensive is you are making thousands of dollars.

Most programs that use them to make payments aren’t paying out much or don’t have a lot of clients. These are quite useful for purchasers however.

All of them have restrictions against MLM companies, network marketing, and the like. They do allow for person to person payments to get around this however.

For Achieve we need processors. Processors are automated, not manual. Our members sign up with them through us, not on their own.

And we have the agreement with them to provide the funds to pay you into your individual accounts.

We work directly with their banks, and the funds go from our merchant accounts to the processors account with us. Transaction fees are normally set, not a percentage, and allow for larger transaction amounts to be processed without larger fees.

They provide the records that are needed for compliance and create the security to keep your information safe. We can send out hundreds of payments in one transaction.

They are also global in most cases (some aren’t) and provide the bank cards and bank transfers as well as the currency exchanges.

Achieve has thousands of members and we’ve made hundreds of payments to them daily. Something that would be impossible to do manually.

Our processors also take care of any issues with their users, and have the support staff to deal with that. When you sign with them, your account is separate from Achieve, it’s yours, and only you and the processor knows what your transactions are.

Achieve just sends the information to them so they know who to pay and how much.

This is a long term business, and we intend to provide, always, solutions that are best for you. The safest, the most convenient, the most legal and compliant.

Lots of work got done this weekend! I hope you all enjoyed yourselves and are ready to go! One more reminder to check your details in your back office.

We are starting the programming for the processor today. Until that is done I won’t have instructions for you, but we do not anticipate a lengthy process here, a couple of days at the most, so do watch the updates for information about what you will need to do.

We are coding the processor and still waiting for their instructional video, but I’ve had a chance to do a bit of testing and this is going to be a very easy sign up! Which is good for all of us, and also means we will be able to start payments quickly.

While the programmers make it all perfect, thought I would share a bit more detail about the virtual card.

As soon as you sign up with the processor, the virtual card is available to you. You fund the virtual card just like you would a prepaid card, and it works the same way for online purchases, and you can do it right online.

This means everyone can purchase positions with us from their funded virtual card and/or their earnings, right from the back office, right away. This also means that purchases will be much more secure for our community. And that is very important to us.

We are still working with our merchant to keep you safe, and the banks are working with us as well. If you or your bank have done a charge back in the last week your account may be suspended until we can resolve the problem.

This only affects a very few of you, and will be temporary until the issue is resolved. We are committed to your safety here. I just want everyone to know that.

I believe this means the member's banks are letting them take money as they haven't figured out achieve is laundering the money through bogus entities. Not that a legitimate bank is working with the scam in order to secure the promised 'payouts'.

The limits for the debit card are currently at $10,000 per month, and there is an option for a $50,000 per month card. If you want the higher option, please wait for those instructions.

The information in your profile can not be edited….it’s what we have from our system only. However, each application for cards and bank accounts will give you the option to put in your accurate information. So please do not worry about that.

Take a look around the system, once you are signed up and then watch for further updates.

Here's the latest from Troy and Kristi. The new payment processor is AeroPay out of England. But all is not well. Troy announced earlier today that ‘we have put a stop to comments in the forum for now.' In response to questions from affiliates regarding AeroPay, Kristi Johnson advised:

You would think that with this announcement that all would be well, but alas it is not. It seems there are bad people in the ranks of the Achievers. I know that will come as a huge shock to all of you, but sadly it is true. It seems there is fraud in the ranks of Achieve. Troy said:

So who is AeroPay? They are registered in the UK, and financial records from the end of 2012 show the AeroPay had assets of £60,157 with £93,064 owed in liabilities. The net worth of the company is: (£-32,907). 2013 wasn’t much better, with another report filed by the company listing end of year assets as £99,024 with £110,155 owed in liabilities, the net worth of the company is: (£-11,131)

Now what is truly interesting is that their CEO is from Canada. In Aero Pay’s financial reports, Rosanne Phyllis Day is listed as the company’s Director. Day is cited as residing in the Canadian province of British Columbia. Only in the world of Ponzi's is this reality.

Hello Achieve Community

I want to thank you all for putting up with our server issues these past few days. Being an online Company our servers are our lifeline so maintenance is extremely important.

The Processor has a little more work to do so I wont be getting any more info until late tonight. I know we all can’t wait to get started but everything has to be correct for us to move forward and we want it to be as easy for you as possible.

Great things are coming for all of us all very soon. As soon as I know anything I will be doing another update to keep you all posted.

Possible new developments in Achieve thanks to K Chang. When the readytoachieve website came back online, I noticed at the bottom of the Home page a reference to a company in Korea. At first I thought it might be the name of the new host since they changed their hosting, but Boris from behindMLM said it was the name of the company that did the update of their website.

Now for the possible new development: When I posted the name of the company and the corresponding Korean text, K Chang looked them up and discovered this:

When Gogling the address in South Korea and I got this website: powerfeng.com/index.php?main_page=specials

Which at the bottom says: Our HASPAY Payment Gateway also accept credit card payment. This address is 1128-3 Partner’s Tower II, #1304 Guro-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, Korea

So Aeropay was a lie. What’s interesting is Haspay is based in China.

Actually I don't think Aeropay was a lie. I think they had agreed to be their payment processor until all the crap started hitting the fan with thousands of inquiries from Achieve members. I think that woke up the powers that be in Aeropay to realize that what Troy and Kristi told them wasn't what the real situation was with Achieve and they bailed. It is still not clear if Aeropay is gone and is being replaced by Haspay. Heck, I don't think Troy and Kristi even know who is the payment processor.

I am just surprised that any payment processor would have anything to do with them since they are under investigation in Colorado. Sadly there are still the faithful that believe all is well with Achieve and they will soon be receiving their payments as before.

Without any updates explaining the current status from Troy or Kristi, other than the usual we are working hard on getting things ready to resume payments BS, it is hard to say. One thing for sure is Achieve is dead. It just remains to be seen when Troy and Kristi will finally come clean and tell their members it's over, or they just try to slink off into the sunset hoping no-one will notice they are gone.

I will be working with the owner of our E-wallet Company this weekend so that we can get the EXACT instructions to ENABLE us to move forward with getting signed up correctly.

I will be making a video shortly showing you the step by step instructions as to exactly what you need to do.
