Is there an updated list for this for month of September? https://imagicon.info/cat/3-5/smile2.png

No, and I do not think they have the plans to post such lists periodically.

But if you looking for QC specific alerts, can see them here: Alerts | AMF (http://www.lautorite.qc.ca/en/alerts.html)

Or within all Canadian fin. alerts here: CSA | Enforcement | Investor Alerts (http://www.securities-administrators.ca/InvestorAlerts.aspx)

LOL Quebec is small place with small number of potencial traders so that's irelevant for most of us. That announce its just like an ad to incentive companies to buy their licenses....

Ahmm, you are wrong. QC does not license crap. That announcement means - stay away - "you will loose your money, we cannot prosecute them because they are hell knows where or it is too expensive to prosecute cross border, if you still play in those no gov compensation or protection will be provided to you, they illegally target QC residents"

Unlike you , they perfectly know what is a forex kitchen and what is a binop kitchen.

BTW, QC population is almost the same of Portugal

Of course they don't license it. They only license such banks and financial institutions who charge a lot of fees from their customers. Even Cysec and Mifid gives you better insurances comparing to QC.

The "US" I refer is the group of traders I introduced to brokers who make me earn nice comissions from their trades.

We should give you your own thread on pimping Forex 2 Suckers, it could go sumpthin like dis:

http://www.realscam.com/f8/http-secureinvestment-com-managed-forex-account-3036/

Then all the people on the interwebs who plan on making 1.2% per day trading with a broker in Cyprus can viz-a-lize what a great opportunity they have in FX or Binaries to feed the broker, his family, and his pimps.

Why do not you give me a list of such great brokers, maybe I can help you to put them on the black list in Portugal.
You see, MIFID is MIFID but every country reserves the right to ban any crap licensed by the other member of EU.
And France and Belgium, for example, does just that.

So Admiral, Ironfx, Gobulling shoud be blacklisted??? I never had any problems with such brokers and I beleive their licenses are ok and good to suit the needs of most EU online traders.

Thats up to any country regulator to decide, if they care about their residents and want to protect them or not.
So how many residents of Portugal you solicited to each those ?

Do you have a website or blog where you promote them ?

I can get you one of these:
CMVM - Information Disclosure System - Information on Financial Intermediaries (http://www.cmvm.pt/EN/SDI/Informacao%20Sobre%20Intermediarios%20Financeiros/Pages/20141029r.aspx)

CMVM - Investor Assistance / Conflict Mediation - Warning Notices (http://www.cmvm.pt/en/apoio%20ao%20investidor/warning%20notices/pages/20130422a.aspx)

You do have a Financial Advisor license, don't you ? ;)
And you did disclose all the required information on risks in not monitored Forex "market" in each solicitation, right ?
You did disclose that you are getting a commission and it's size to persons you attracting ?

As I know the law here does not require financial advisor's license for such purpose. Actually I don't have any active blog to share my trading stuff and my affiliates are my friends I've met from a forex forum. 3 of 5 still active in trading and that's from where my nice comissions comes from ;)
