The question is why would Skip Paul, a Hollywood legend and educated lawyer, be hooked up with an obvious liar and fraud going by the name Arnaud Massartic.

DECLARATION OF SKIP PAUL IN SUPPORT OF TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
I, Skip Paul declare as follows:
I am an individual and a citizen of the United States and a resident of California. I have personal knowledge of each of the facts set forth below, and if called upon to do so, I could, and would testify under oath as follows:
I currently a Senior Advisor with Centerview Partners, an investment bank focusing on entertainment financing.
I have known Arnaud Massartic for over three years, serving as a friend and mentor to him.
In February, 2014, a Mr. Defendant contacted me by email wanting to confirm my relationship with Mr. Massartic. Not knowing Mr. Defendant, well I responded that Mr. Massartic was an acquaintance and suggested we should talk further. A true and accurate copy of our email is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Mr. Defendant never called me.
Later in the month, Mr. Defendant sent me an email stating that “I have reported Arnaud Massartic to the local police, the Financial Crimes Enforcement division of the Department of Treasury and the SEC. 99% of what Arnaud has represented to me has turned out to be fictitious and, most recently, he supplied me with a fraudulent contract in an effort to finance buildings which he does not own.” A true and accurate copy of this email is attached hereto as exhibit B.
Because I have not known Mr. Massartic to deal dishonestly and was aware of the deal, I forwarded the email to Mr. Massartic. I was shocked at the outrageousness and falsity of Mr. Defendants statements.
I have continued to serve as a friend and mentor to Mr. Massartic, but I can see how someone who does not know Mr. Massartic as well as I might refuse to do business with him as a result of seeing such claims posted in public forums on the Internet.
In this business it not unusual for investors and others to research the reputation of other potential business relationships on the Internet. Claims like this would likely would damage his professional reputation and make it harder for him to do business as people would not trust him with deals or confidentiality.
I declare certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed this 19th day of March, 2014 in Los Angeles, California.

How much had Skip Paul researched Massartic before this endorsement? The thread we have here shows Massartic to be a liar and fraud. There are numerous court cases and research on the links about himself that Massartic provided on LinkedIn that make that clear. So, why is Skip Paul singing his praises???
