TheToolsNetwork also consists of highly experienced Board of Advisors, including our Legal Counsel (specializing in MLM law), CPA's, Top Networking and Direct Sales Professionals, Sales Managers, Risk Assessment Manager, Business Analyst, Marketing Professionals, Internet Specialists, Web Developers, and an SEO Expert......
The company has aligned with 25 key leaders in the network marketing industry, called the Star Alliance. These are true "leaders" who have experienced true success as top tier leaders with a variety of companies. Each of the leaders within the Star Alliance understand that you need to mentor and teach your team a "simple" system. None of the Star Alliance is required to leave their current company or business affiliation. The company actually encourages them to use the tools offered to help out their current field reps and allow them to create a secondary income. The 25 Star Alliance leaders have been hand selected by the owners because of their proven track record in leadership, helping others become successful and earning no less than a 6-figure income in direct sales and network marketing. The Star Alliance will establish 10 key leaders on each of their teams (referred to as "founders") to complete a cycle of a total of 275 key network marketing professionals. These professionals will accentuate the leadership already in place to assure that the field gets adequate training and support. Most companies have 1 to 5 networking professionals that become their "Master distributors." The company understands that it takes more than 1-5 people to lead a successful company and by surrounding themselves with the Board of Advisors and the key leaders (totaling 275), there will be plenty of support for the field, increasing the "odds" of success so that everyone can get to the income they have been trying to achieve....
Products
The company will initially offer 4 products, with additional products being released at a later date. All products and services The Tools Network releases will be tested prior to their release.
If The Tools Network chooses to affiliate with other relative products, the release of those products will be carefully researched prior to release. All independent home business owners (IHBO) with The Tools Network will receive commissions from the sales of the products below. The initial 4 products are as follows:
(1) Core generic videos for capture pages. Initially, a collection of 10 generic videos will be available for purchase (retail/wholesale) with more videos added each month. Strategically designed, these videos assist networkers to promote their opportunity, with the ability to capture a prospects name, email address and phone number. These time-tested and proven videos also enable a distributor/customer to direct those contacts to either The Tools Network, or another opportunity of their choice. These generic videos also enable a distributor to level the playing field with unscrupulous recruiters who dominate Pay-Per-Click positions found on any search engine. Affordably priced from one video for only $15/month up to ten videos for $100/month (with other subscription plans between). The Tools Network will expand its library monthly so that each subscriber will have more generic videos to utilize each month – allowing them to target other industries.
(2) The Electronic Business Card (EBC). This step-by-step system allows anyone to create a flash video by choosing from hundreds of backgrounds and music. The user can add their own text, upload a picture/logo, preview the flash video and have it created on the fly. Most flash video presentations have an average set up cost is from $800 to $10,000+, with an additional "per minute" rate. The cost for the EBC is only $149.95 for one minute, $299.95 for 2 minutes and $499.95 for 3 minutes. Once the client has paid the set up fee, they can put this flash video on the internet instantly (if client chooses to host with company). Clients can create as many DVD's to hand out as they choose. By being able to create as many DVD's as the person elects, and the costs generally involved with flash production videos, the end user can present a professional image, promoting themselves and/or their business.
(3) Home Business University. Each year hundreds of thousands of dollars are spent and wasted by people who don’t understand how to effectively operate a business based from home. The Tools Network – Home Based University is our answer to this dilemma. Initially, there will be 3 different certifications, the Bachelor's, the Master's, and the Doctorate. The first release will be the Bachelor's certificate which will consist of 10 courses with live training. These courses will cover basic operations, sales, promotion, marketing, finance, accounting and more. A test will be given upon the completion of each module which the participant must receive a passing score to receive the certificate. At the end of the Bachelor's certificate program, individuals will possess the necessary knowledge and training to become successful in their business. The cost of the Bachelor's program is $149.95 and includes 30 days of live training with the option to continue.
(4) The Credit Card Terminator. The Tools Network has partnered with a 12-year-old attorney driven firm that is recognized at as the first 3 companies in the United States to offer unsecured debt reduction services. The field representative simple directs their potential client to a video presentation, and if interested, the prospect completes a form for a free consultation. The partnering company then contacts the client directly and the field representative earns a commission for that client.
The usual suspects are involved in this bum deal. Why are that stellar attorney and the 25 Star Alliance Leaders not named??? A bachelor's in deceptive marketing can be earned. A Master's degree in the fine art of recruiting then finally a Doctorate of spin. How is that for some course descriptions.
