This site exists for one reason alone. Its here as long as she continues to say derogatory things about people on her SLAM site. Do some searches and you will find many posts from her about any business or company that ‘did her wrong’ (in her opinion). And boy I tell you her opinion is important! Its amazing how many companies are just flat out to scam her too! And boy I’d hate to be the company that scams her! Cause she is vicious!

She will post on and on and on and on about you. And then once she thinks people aren’t caring she will post some more. Then she will find things you are tied to like your church, your family any past business and on and on and on. She will post all day. She will post all night. And she won’t stop. She will post and post and post. After a couple months she will run out of things to say so she will start repeating herself....

She makes empty accusations and then threatens to have a judge look into who runs this site. That’s hillarious! She really thinks she can get someone to tell her who owns this site! Like anyone cares about the online reputation of a person who spends their life tearing down the reputation of others.

Heather, in case you dont get it yet, like we’ve explained so many times before, you are getting a dose of your own medicine. Except, we are being more honest here than you have ever been. If you want to take us to court, by all means, BRING IT ON! We’d love to show a judge all the slime, lies and half-truths you have spread all over your scam site. Funny thing is, we doubt he’d make us remove our content without you having to remove yours. So again we say BRING IT ON!

Alright guys, so apparently some things need to be cleared up here. Not because we feel obligated or anything, but simply because Heather Dobrott aka Soapboxmom seems to have twisted this blog into somehow being something that its not.
Let us clearly state that this site is not run by any former or current member of !#$%^*&&&^%$*(….no matter how much Heather Dobrott wishes it were.....

In a nutshell (Heather Dobrott has no clue who runs this website and is firing at all targets familiar in hopes that one sticks). And we’ve enjoyed every minute of it because she is DEAD WRONG!.....

So again, we will just say that Heather, it is in your hands to end this. If you want to pursue this further by legal means, we say, bring it on! But there is a simple way to avoid this, and you know what it is. Until then, we will continue to post more photos and other Heather Dobrott related materials here for all to enjoy....

We have done no more on this website to harm her own reputation than she has done to harm countless others. Here at heaterdobrott.com, we are fully supportive of “consumer advocates”. But lets be real, Heather Dobrott isn’t a consumer advocate, she’s someone with no personal goals other than to attempt to destroy other peoples’ lives VIA the internet……and we are happy to be the Yin to her Yang.....

It just so sad that a pathetic person like this has chosen to dedicate their life to stalking people online and trying to portray themselves as a martyr when all they really are doing is attacking others without any proof.

Unfortunately, this site exists because Soapboxmom has chosen to not only slander people VIA the internet, but to stalk them. If you head over to scamdotcom you will see that she has a history of posting some of the most vile and repulsive misinformation and PERSONAL information about people she does not even know.

What a joke! The very woman who has dedicated her life to slandering/harassing people is now crying like a little baby to our hosting company…excuse us while we grab a tissue.
We just wanted to say that we know what you are up to and its not going to stop us. You claim to be some sort of “consumer advocate” but all you really are is a pathetic human being with no apparent goals in life other than to slander those you know nothing about.
Oh, and Heather, don’t worry. We’ll be contacting Verizon about your own harassment of others at your website that looks like a 3rd grader programmed it.

Just to keep you guys updated. We are getting a FLOOD of emails and messages about all the lies and misinformation Heather Dobrott aka Soapboxmom is spreading over at scam.com. Turns out, she is allegedly abusing her admin privileges over there by deleting users and their posts, even editing them to not let the truth come out about the lies she is spreading.
It just so sad that a pathetic person like this has chosen to dedicate their life to stalking people online and trying to portray themselves as a martyr when all they really are doing is attacking others without any proof.
We plan on launching our own forums soon to combat the lies she and her 20 different fake user names are spreading over at her website. Stay tuned!

Now, for the fun scammers. The dummies who authored this ridiculous site posted as Heather rather than admin originally. That is one reason this turns into a felony. The scammers stole my identity. Naughty, naughty!! Isn't it lovely that I am such a pro at archiving.

Stalking is a second or third degree felony in Texas. Why isn't the scammer repeatedly accusing me of stalking reporting me to the police? The police can't prosecute the imaginary villains conjured up by delusional nutbags, perhaps? Our good Christians out to save the day by exposing Soapboxmom wouldn't make the baby Jesus himself tear up by lying, would they?

If there was a flood of messages and e-mails why has no one posted since May? Why did the police indicate to me that there was likely only one poster? Why haven't the scumbags posted all those scathing messages. I will be sure to demand them in discovery when that time comes.

I know the scammer(s) are slow on the take, but any posts that are modified on Scam or here will show who edited them and when it was done. I never had admin priveleges on Scam and only removed obvious spam. Even as an admin with access to everything that is still the case. Where are these alleged altered posts? Oh, that's right, the porn spammer owner of Scam removes threads if a fake lawyers letter lands on his desk. He only uses the site to promote his own dating crap and is no longer the least bit interested in "stopping scammers in their tracks" as he claimed.

I assume the scammer(s) can prove I had multiple usernames on Scam. I actually had only two. I posted with Soapboxmom always. I used Soapboxmom2 only to contact the Mods when I forgot my password.

And, most importantly where are those forums that were promised??? We keep waiting, but ever since it was made public that the site postings were possibly felonious not one post has gone up. What happened to those hundreds of reads and clicks a day? What happened to all those lies that were going to be exposed and then soundly refuted? Where is that awesome Christian movement that should be backing up the scammers behind this site??? I guess committing a possible felony would be enough to scare off even the most brazen of scammers.

My little scammers, I believe I have in fact stopped you. The real question is will your friends and family stand by you when the whole sordid story and all the documents are made public? Can all those who have had their names associated with this site survive the fallout from this hideous endeavour? Coal in the stockings and the real day of reckoning is forthcoming! Ho, ho, ho!!!

Questions About Stalking...

What is Stalking?
A stalker tries to control his or her victim through behavior or threats intended to intimidate and terrify. A stalker can be an unknown person, an acquaintance or a former intimate partner. A stalker's state of mind can range from obsessive love to obsessive hatred. A stalker may follow a victim off and on for a period of days, weeks, or even years. A stalking victim feels reasonable fear of bodily injury or death to self or to a family or household member or damage to property. Stalking can be perpetrated by the stalker or by someone acting on her/his behalf. Stalking can take the form of verbal threats or threats conveyed by the stalker's conduct, threatening mail, property damage, surveillance of the victim, or by following the victim.
How do I Know if I'm Being Stalked?

The stalker may, on more than one occasion:
Follow the victim and/or victim's family or household members, or
vandalize the victim's property, or
inflict damage to property--perhaps by vandalizing the car, harming a pet or breaking windows at the victim's home, or
make threatening calls or send threatening mail, or
drive by or park near the victim's home, office, and other places familiar to the victim.
Terroristic Threat

What is a terroristic threat?
Terroristic Threat is a penal code offense (Section 22.07 (http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/SOTWDocs/PE/htm/PE.22.htm#22.07)). A person commits the offense of Terroristic Threat if he or she threatens to commit any offense involving violence to any person or property with the intent to place a person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury. Penalty: Class B misdemeanor.
Texas Stalking Law

The law on stalking can be found in Section 42.072 (http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/SOTWDocs/PE/htm/PE.42.htm#42.072) of the Texas penal code.
How is stalking proven?

Intent of stalker: Stalker has the intent or the knowledge that his/her actions will instill fear of death or bodily injury to the victim or a member of the victim's family or household. Threats can be explicit (e.g.-stating that he is going to kill the victim) or implied (e.g.-veiled threats, hurting the family pet). Threats have to be aimed at a specific person; they cannot be general threats. Threats may be conveyed by the stalker or by someone acting on behalf of the stalker.
Conduct of stalker: Conduct has to occur on more than one occasion and be directed towards the victim and/or the victim's family or household members. More than one police report is not required. The acts may include threatening contact by mail or by phone, or damaging the victim's property.
Penalty: Third Degree Felony- unless there is a prior conviction for stalking, in which case the penalty is upgraded to a 2nd degree felony.
If You Are Being Stalked...

NOTIFY THE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES. All stalking incidents should be reported to the police. Request that each incident be documented. Request a copy of the report from your local law enforcement agency. Give police any written correspondence and report any phone threats. Put dates received on all correspondence from the stalker. Know the name of the law enforcement officer in each incident.
KEEP A DIARY. Obtain the names and addresses of witnesses. Complete records are essential to the successful prosecution of stalking cases. Write a description of each incident.
GET A PROTECTIVE ORDER if you are related to the stalker by blood or marriage, if you ever lived together, or if you have a child in common. To get a Pro Se Protective Order Packet call 800-777-3247. This packet will help you obtain a protective order barring the stalker from certain areas near your home, your work, or your child's school. You can also review our Domestic Violence Protective Order Kit (https://www.oag.state.tx.us/AG_Publications/pdfs/protectiveKit_dv.pdf).
RECORD TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS. Tell the stalker to stop calling and hang up. Screen your calls. Write down the time and date the stalker calls. Keep recorded messages and give them to law enforcement.
TAKE PICTURES OF THE STALKER. Take pictures of the stalker if it can be done safely and write time, date, and place on the back of each picture.
KEEP ALL CORRESPONDENCE. Make a copy of anything you receive from the stalker. Touching the letter as little as possible will preserve fingerprints.
TELL EVERYONE. Give friends, co-workers, and neighbors a description of the stalker. Ask them to document each time the stalker is seen by them.
Important Safety Measures

BE ALERT and aware of your surroundings, the people and things happening around you.
VARY ROUTES of travel when you come and go from work or home.
PARK SECURELY and in well-lit areas. Ask someone to escort you to your car.
BE AWARE of vehicles following you. If you are followed drive to a police station, fire depart-ment, or busy shopping center and sound the horn to attract attention.
ALERT MANAGERS or security at your place of business. Provide a picture or description of the stalker.
HAVE A SECURITY CHECK MADE by law enforcement of your home to ensure your home can be locked safely. Secure all doors and windows in both your home and vehicle.
MAINTAIN AN UNLISTED NUMBER. If Caller ID is available in your area, obtain the service for your phone.
DO NOT DISMISS ANY THREAT, written or verbal. Call the police or sheriff 's department and save any documentation.
MAINTAIN PRIVACY, never give out personal information to anyone where the information can be overheard. Remove phone number and social security number from as many items as possible.
DEVELOP A SAFETY PLAN for yourself and family members in case of emergency. Decide on a safe place to meet and someone to call if problems do arise.

What I find interesting is the way that fraudsters and scammers of all types spend countless hours and forum space slamming, abusing, insulting and threatening those who dare to publish the truth about their slimy little operations, BUT, spend little or no time at all defending the allegations or clearing up any misapprehensions or misunderstandings.

These people make countless long posts about their morals, comp plans, the "opportunities" they offer, their motivation and the "success" of the current scam-du-jour, and yet, cannot (or WILL not) discuss in detail exactly WHY they've been exposed and/or why their previous exploits failed.

If one were cynical, one might imagine that they are only too aware that their slimy little operations can't afford to be too closely examined, so they're engaging in a few "deflection and distraction" tactics, straight out of the "Scamming 101" handbook

I saw and heard that youtube video that Vut mentioned. I can’t believe that Heather and that guy Mike are in on this together. They both have horrible potty mouths and are racists!!! Was she holding the phone while he did all the talking? Shame on you Heather! Do your kids know what you are involved in? How about your family? Mr. Delusional is making some very strong accusations. I have never said or published anything of any kind to suggest any such nonsense. I also have no association with the Mike they mention except a brief conversation concerning his helping an MLM rep that attempted suicide, which is something I have now experienced in my own home and will never fully recover from. That is very brazen stuff there and definitely the fodder of very costly litigation. What is that poster teaching his or her own kids? Does that idiot not see how devastating it will be for their families when all this is chicanery is exposed and endlessly broadcast across the world wide web? The word will get out and many innocent parties will be terribly hurt. Ask Mark Madoff's widow how the misdeeds of the parent can effect the extended family. It is tragic that poster would publish garbage like this and put those nearest and dearest in the position of having to deal with this nefarious activity they are engaging in. The truth will prevail and the price paid could be quite enormous for some.

Yes, this site is dedicated to actively watching Heather Dobrott and the garbage she spews on her sites. In fact, we are here to combat the lies and misinformation she spreads there on a daily basis!

We see that she is threatening legal action and find this hillarious. She obviously doesnt understand that is the whole point of this site!!!

You see, Heather feels it is her duty to post personal information, tax documents, home addresses, family photos, etc of certain people on her website, and when she is asked to remove them, she cries about being a “consumer advocate” and just shedding light on all the “scammers”. Lets be clear, we here at heatherdobrott.com have no problem with her bringing up issue with certain MLMs and other programs. The issue we have is with her absolute downright stalking of certain people by all means necessary.

So again, we will just say that Heather, it is in your hands to end this. If you want to pursue this further by legal means, we say, bring it on! I have always subscribed to the ethic that you don’t dish out what you can’t take. Heather has no right to question this site considering her abrasive measures at Scam Dot Com. Where do I start. I am not threatening legal action. I filed felony criminal charges related to this cyberstalking site and it will be addressed in civil court as well. Done!!! I hope the scammer(s) behind this can prove these criminal allegations of stalking continually made against me on that site.

The fact I filed felony criminal charges was leaked to a few people due to a clerical error / snafu in June 2010. At that point the charming posts abruptly ceased. That is when I went public and challenged the scammer(s) behind this site to bring it on. The spineless wimps are obviously to chicken to post. What is the problem scammers? The scammer(s) were quick to dish it out before the judges and authorities got involved. Not so gutsy now are we???

It is obvious who is doing the posting or on whose behalf they are being made. These developmants will be devastating to the reputations of folks named on this cyberstalking site. Curiously, when I spoke to the owner of the server that hosts this site I was the only individual he was aware of that had contacted them about its being removed. So, that says it all right there.

The scammer(s) say, "there is a simple way to avoid this, and you know what it is. Until then, we will continue to post." That clearly suggest that I am being threatened by folks that want to blackmail me into removing post, ceasing to post and doing their bidding etc. Now, who would say something like this? Only someone who has a problem with the truth being made public obviously. Well, come on scammer(s). Tell us your name and exactly what your demands are unless of course you are still to sphereless to stand up for what you say you believe in. You did promise to refute my posts, but incredibly have not posted a single document of any kind. Come on little doof, continue to post. We are all waiting and God is watching!

Devoid of empathy. Is unable or unwilling to identify with, acknowledge, or acceptthefeelings, needs, preferences, priorities, and choices of others;

Constantly envious of others and seeks to hurt or destroy the objects of his or her frustration. Suffers from persecutory (paranoid) delusions as he or she believes that they feel the same about him or her and are likely to act similarly;

Behaves arrogantly and haughtily. Feels superior, omnipotent, omniscient, invincible, immune, "above the law", and omnipresent (magical thinking). Rages when frustrated, contradicted, or confronted by people he or she considers inferior to him or her and unworthy.

The hilarious thing is not one person has come to their defense. Not one person has spoken out against me. As far as I know from law enforcement all those posts on that possible felonious site have likely come from just one poster.

Where is the awesome Christian movement supporting those out for revenge against me? The pathetic loser(s) behind the site have no support at all. Zero!!!! That kind of says it all doesn't it??? This has to be such total humiliation for the buffoons responsible for that trash. Not a single supporter after all the bragging and then begging. The site may just well be life changing for its creator(s). There is no way to live these kind of publicly demonstrated desperation tactics down.

We are sure Heather Dobrott will call us liars and such, but there is only one way for Heather to prove that she DIDN’T have anything to do with the comments here.

That is fascinating. My cyberstalker constantly cries victim. He or she goes on endlessly about being stalked by every means possible and subtitled the site "the lying stalker from Garland, TX." I think that the author is likely a man that is extremely cowardly, very effeminate, a serial MLM and life failure and dealing with serious anger issues. That site is beyond bizarre. The author apparently sees himself or herself as some sort of long suffering martyr who has been endlessly victimized by little Mom here. I suspect this author is nothing but a failure who always plays the blame game.

Perhaps the author needs to quit his scamming ways so I won't have anything to blog about. How is that for a wonderful solution!

Idiots online abound. I have many unhappy scammers attacking me on various forums online. For the millionth time an opinion cannot be wrong, counterfactual or incorrect. It is how you feel about something. If I feel someone is a scammer, idiot, goon, clown or whatever that is my feeling and I have every right to express myself. No one has successfully challenged me on any facts I have posted. The facts are and should be the issue.

Whining scammers and their cohorts are getting incredibly boring. The scammers and friends are the only ones that are wrong, counterfactual or incorrect. I suggest they stop with the stalking, death threat, harassment and child involvement accusations against me made with out any substantiation whatsoever. I am being accused of criminal acts (those are in fact factual issues) and that is the fodder of litigation. Opinions are not generally actionable, but posting fabrications and outright lies is.

A Felony criminal investigation, which was inadvertently leaked, seems to have silenced Mr. Me, the crazed lunatic authoring the site. The loser is afraid to log on for fear of being traced it appears. I suspect Mr. Me and Broker have been talking and that led to those hideous posts about us on the Oceanside corporate pages that Broker was forced to remove.

Mr. Me, from what the Allen Police indicated to me was likely the only one posting under the numerous usernames on that sick site. Mr. Me is a delusional nut that apparently talks to himself in numerous psychotic comments with some none to clever usernames.

If your comment is approved you will be the first person to comment on that site in its entire history. You will be # 1 and the only one.

Len's flunkies are runnning at the mouth yet again on Scam. I have explained to them numerous times how to research and get the answers to their questions, but alas without us all chipping in for brain transplants it appears completely hopeless.

Public records are often free. If federal court or bankruptcy records are of interest PACER is .08 a page. Court records not there are around a dollar a page for copies (that are not certified) on the county site where the court is located. Tax liens are filed in the county of residence for the person who ain't paying. Property tax records are also on county sites. Many counties have mortgage papers on file. Transcripts cost an arm and a leg, but shouldn't our wildly successful Len Clements, Chris Doyle and Kerry Lee Hein be able to afford to get the facts about any issue they are blathering about???

Now, did my fan club on that site author this or is it the work of Broker Jones? It is in fact quite similiar to the blogs Jones had up in the summer of 2010 before they were removed for violating TOS for several sites. I bet Jones is wishing his scammer friends hadn't gone in and posted that with the mess he is in now.

As far as I can ascertain from my contacts, Oceanside has no broker and there are no trades. The investors should be near panic at this point with nothing on the horizon that could legitimately generate income and pay them. Folks can always Google me and see how the scammers have fared when taking me on!

Yes, this site is dedicated to actively watching Heather Dobrott and the garbage she spews on her sites. In fact, we are here to combat the lies and misinformation she spreads there on a daily basis!

We see that she is threatening legal action and find this hillarious. She obviously doesnt understand that is the whole point of this site!!!

You see, Heather feels it is her duty to post personal information, tax documents, home addresses, family photos, etc of certain people on her website, and when she is asked to remove them, she cries about being a “consumer advocate” and just shedding light on all the “scammers”. Lets be clear, we here at heatherdobrott.com have no problem with her bringing up issue with certain MLMs and other programs. The issue we have is with her absolute downright stalking of certain people by all means necessary.

So again, we will just say that Heather, it is in your hands to end this. If you want to pursue this further by legal means, we say, bring it on! But there is a simple way to avoid this, and you know what it is. Until then, we will continue to post more photos and other Heather Dobrott related materials here for all to enjoy.

I have always subscribed to the ethic that you don’t dish out what you can’t take. Heather has no right to question this site considering her abrasive measures at Scam Dot Com. The scammer(s) who started www.heatherdobrott.com (http://www.heatherdobrott.com) should be ecstatic. I have filed suit in Texas in order to be able to subpeona service providers here. Next suit will be filed in New Jersey. The company that hosts the site is actually awesome. I spoke to one of the owners for and hour and a half and am really looking forward to the information he will have for me. It will be quite fun to see just who has been paying the hosting fees and who is the named representative that they have been in regular contact with about the site.

It is very interesting that now that the criminal charges were leaked and I have made good on what the scammers requested, they aren't posting. If they did nothing wrong then where are the charmers behind the site? How will they react when several hundred people are put on the witness list and notified about the pending suits? Are they going to come forward before any more innocent people get dragged into this? In Texas non-parties can be deposed and subject to producing relevant discovery.

Nice threat there scammers! It is in my hands and I am going to end it. I will see that anyone that had anything to do with this site faces the consequences and gets all the publicity they deserve. Nothing like some well written press releases to ice the cake and no doubt Craig Malisow is always looking for another juicy article subject!

I think these articles are fascinating. I believe the handful of scammers who have made false criminal allegations against me and filed false police reports fit this description perfectly.

Only a total wimp and complete coward would author a site like that. Anyone with an ounce of integrity and any facts would refute what I have said with verifiable documents in a reasonable fashion. This loser knows I have been completely honest and obviously carries a deep personal grudge and likely has serious psychiatric problems.

I am working hard behind the scenes getting subpeonas to ferret out the indentity of my attacker(s). It is high time that those who have any knowledge of these felonious attacks come forward. Many peoples names are on that site. Curious that I am the only one that went to the police and service providers. I would think other people mentioned on that site would be fighting tooth and nail to get an refernce to themselves removed. Very curious indeed!

My lovely little fan club is having another meltdown. It can't resist posting. I think those Google results are hilarious. Notice the other results for my name on page 1 of Google. Aren't those a gas? Quite interesting.

There is simply not measurable traffic on their little site. Of course, when a site constitutes a felony one isn't going to post often or risk doing something to expose one's identity. Problem with that is it is quite obvious what the purpose of the site is and who would have reason to be posting that garbage. The fact that I am the only one whose name is mentioned that went to the police and the service provideres says it all.

When I was falsely accused of making death threats and stalking I turned myself in. I notice that isn't happening now. They can keep crying around like the spineless sissies they are, but my posting here is the only reason anyone reads their delusional, psychotic rants.

I notice the author of the site says we. Just who is we, scammers? Obviously, whoever is behind this site is enraged with me. Problem with that being I have been adjudicated to be 100% truth, facts and opinion. No one has yet produced a false statement of fact made by me and my opinion can't be wrong or innacurate as the scammers say, because opinion by its very nature is how one feels about something. I have every right to feel the way I do and I always have documentation that clearly shows what led me to said opinions.

These clowns have yet to produce a single statement of fact by me on that hideous site and prove that it is a falsity. You just scream fire because you can't come up with anything the least bit intelligent to say!

Is someone else so enraged with certain scammers they are willing to do this in order to frame them with a felony? Whoever is behind this site is obviously deranged and desperate. Why don't you guys publish all the the emails from that flood of correspondence you have received? Publish all the evidence of me stalking folks by all means necessary. Many of my posts from Scam were archived on disks stored in a safe. What Geroge Dranichak taketh away will be posted again here very soon. My archives go through January 2009. So we can see many of the posts that contain the as yet unquoted an unrefuted "lies" the idiots at www.heatherdobrott.com (http://www.heatherdobrott.com) having been babbling about in their lunatic posts on that hideous site. Certainly, they will now be able to quote exactly and refute those lies so they won't continue to look like the fools from Mean Scammers (reliving junior high) coming to a computer near you.

In a plea agreement in December, the 46-year-old Ardolf admitted using the hacked network to send sexually explicit emails — including one containing child pornography — to his neighbor's co-workers. He also sent threats to Biden and other public officials, signing them with the neighbor's name. He was indicted on the charges in June 2010.
Minnesota Public Radio reported Donald Oswald of the Minneapolis FBI released a statement saying Ardolf's apparent motive was "to ruin the victim's reputation and livelihood."

I asked for dismissal of the case I had stepped in as Plaintiff for in Collin County. That means the temporary injunction has expired.

Now, I can discuss everything. So why are the names of Jack Weinzierl, Arron Weinzierl, Jerry Weinzierl and Tim Darnell all over that site? Why I am the only one to have contacted the hosting services and police? I expect some explanation post haste.

They stopped when my attorneys wrote a letter to Tim Darnell's attorney, Jason Charles Ciarochi, and warned them that if that garbage continued discovery would be conducted and the Dallas District Attorney brought in. Jack Weinzierl was posting under 9 IDS already and making a complete fool of himself. Since the attorneys getting tough stopped the posting from contuning, I would not be surprised to learn Timd Darnell was responsible.

Unfortunately for Darnell, he talked himself into a situation where he "HAD" to take action or lose face.

"Normally" (if anything about this type of fraudster can be described as "normal") the mere threat of legal action and the ongoing bullying is enough to dissuade victims from continuing to point out the facts.

However, when someone comes along like SBM who refuses to back off, the fraudster is caught in a right royal bind.

What to do now ???

He/she has put themselves out there as some form of business guru and has a whole pile of victi....err...people who've paid 4 or 5 grand for the fraudsters pearls of wisdom and who are watching him/her in anticipation.

Everything was fine, as long as he/she could keep the members isolated from reality and hanging on to every word uttered.

Now what ??

Their hero has been called out and the "pupils" want to see their "guru" in action.

There comes a point, unless you're way, way cleverer than Timmy at backpedaling, where he had to be seen to do "something"

People targeted by stalkers should act swiftly to protect themselves from potential harm, according to WA clinical psychologist Deborah Wilmoth.
The behaviour - described as the wilful, malicious and repeated harassment of another person, putting them in fear of their safety - should be taken seriously because it was a red flag indicator that the situation could escalate and become dangerous, Dr Wilmoth warned.

And it was not just high-profile celebrities who suffered the unwelcome and intimidating intrusion, she said. It affected many women following the breakdown of long-term, often violent relationships and also mental-health professionals.

The advent of the internet and other communication technologies had given stalkers the means to keep up an unwanted barrage or surveillance without even having to loiter near a target's home or workplace.

Speaking to Health+Medicine prior to delivering a workshop on the topic at the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists conference in Queensland, Dr Wilmoth said that between 10 and 20 per cent of psychologists and other mental health professionals were at risk of being stalked by their patients who misinterpreted the therapist/patient relationship.

Some patients had difficulty disengaging when therapy finished, she said. Those relationships involved people with a lot of other problems who might misconstrue the therapeutic relationship as being something more than that.
"When the therapist says 'no' it can be considered a rejection and, if they cannot handle it, stalking can happen," she said.

The outcome could be frightening and affect work performance, said Dr Wilmoth, who herself was stalked after appearing on a US talk show.

"When the person won't stop and starts escalating their behaviour, it can cause a lot of anxiety about personal safety and the safety of colleagues and family. That can start to affect your performance and the way you do your job," she said.

She suggested the problem could affect more professionals as more people sought treatment for mental illness and said that the issue needed to be handled sensitively.
Women who had been in violent relationships and were being stalked by ex-partners were at high risk of harm, Dr Wilmoth warned.

"A lot of people, when they are being stalked in domestic violence situations, don't realise how dangerous that situation can be for them," she said.
"Women in domestic violence situations who end up being severely harmed or killed by their ex-partner, almost always are being stalked by them first.
"So for that group stalking is a red flag for the risks they have."

In such cases, more often the male partner was the stalker and was having difficulty accepting the woman had left the relationship.
"It's a way of outwardly showing some attachment problems - sometimes it is anger the relationship has ended, sometimes it is a feeling the person they are stalking has control over their lives and is making decisions they don't like.

"Sometimes it can start as an attempt to retain a relationship in a negative kind of way but it soon turns into a kind of punishment or way to make you miserable.
"Other times they are really angry and hostile and putting the problem on to the other person."
In all cases, she advised people to seek help promptly so the potential risks could be identified and the best management started.

For example, she said stalkers needed to know their behaviour was inappropriate but confronting them could be dangerous, depending on their motivation and health.
"All have potential to be dangerous so risk assessment is essential," Dr Wilmoth said.

Those acting out of rejection - usually after the breakdown of long-term relationships - were potentially the most violent and stalked the longest.

"The majority of people who are harmed by a stalker, it is somebody they know and somebody they have been in a relationship with," she said.
Intimacy seekers were those who had problems forming relationships, so could seek inappropriate relationships, often with their therapist.
This type of stalking could last longer as the person put emotional energy into trying to bond.

Incompetent stalkers were commonly people who were mentally ill with psychosis and disordered thinking, she said.
"They can be dangerous because they are not thinking coherently and can misinterpret a situation because of their mental illness," she said.
Resentment or holding a grudge after a situation such as loss of a job could trigger stalking behaviour, prompting someone to victimise a person they held responsible

Predatory stalkers - including serial rapists and murderers who stalked their victims - made up a smaller, rarely seen group, Dr Wilmoth said.
She advised that if anyone felt they were being targeted, they should not ignore it.
But, also, they should not confront the person.

"You need to get someone else's perspective on the situation to give you some advice on where to go next," she said.
"Stalking is something that happens to a great many people - especially those who are breaking up in long-time relationships.
"It is something that is relatively common for a therapist to experience as well."
The treatment of stalking behaviour was complex and often involved addressing issues behind it such as problems with forming relationships, she said.
"Stalkers usually won't come for treatment themselves but are mandated into treatment because they usually don't see that what they are doing is wrong," Dr Wilmoth said.

The responding office agreed, but as the threats were not specific they could not get a restraining order without going to court. Tim said things like your children will wish you had never been born. The officer contacted Tim and told him not to contact that family again. Their lawyer contacted Tim's lawyer and said all contact must go through the lawyers only. Tim was told if he ever contacted them again it woud all be turned over to the Collin County DA for criminal prosecution.

Why his church, Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church, allows this dangerous member to run loose and has not insisted he attend counseling or shown him the door I can't imagine. The family he threatened left the church as did large contributors like Arch Bonnema and his family.

This post directed toward me got removed from Scam with lightening speed before I became a moderator. Sounds to me like the author, who we can all guess the identity of, should be in a straight jacket on a thorazine drip. The author is obviously dangerous and completely delusional.

This post appeared after Tim Darnell filed his frivolous losing suit against me. It was written during the 13 days when he had the temporary injunction agasint me and I was not able to respond. Of course, the temporary injunction was lifted at the first hearing for the case and Tim was laughed out of the courtroom in a Summary Judgment ruling he didn't have the guts to even show up for.

The lovely author of Heather Dobrott aka Soapboxmom (http://www.heatherdobrott.com) seems quite afraid to post on a regular basis. Again, if that "we" who are behind this are doing nothing criminal and are being completely truthful as they claim and would thereby have no civil liability, then why are they afraid to post? One would think they would proudly put their names on the site as the authors. Of course I believe their names are already all over the site.

The scammers they ramble on about are in dire straights I imagine. Tim Darnell still has $113,000.00 in federal tax liens on his home and $105,000.00 of that belongs to his wife severally or jointly. They are in dangerous territory as she is very likely to see her salary garnished heavily to satisfy that debt. They also are behind on their property tax. Of the now over $6,000.00 owed they have only paid $100.00 and that was back in January. Come February 2011 they will be behind 2 years and owe a total of around $11,000.00 impossible dollars and likely face a tax suit yet again.

Jack Weinzierl and his wife are facing harsh criticism from me across the net for their shenanigans. Him continuing to scam folks in Advantage Conferences long after it was obvious 98% were losing money (remember how that pyramid scheme sued the Dallas Better Business Bureau and lost), threatening to sue me and laughing as Tim Darnell did so and then participating in false criminal allegations of me stalking his family and sending death threats, has insured I will warn and inform everyone possible about them.

Gee, why don't they update their readers with all that???

I was shocked to find Tim Darnell would still have his children's names and pictures up online. With all the career ending publicity he has had, why would he drag those poor innocent children into his problems.

Timmy is truly delusional. He sued me and the Better Business Bureau and lost both in Summary Judgment. He could never find a false statement made by me. I turned myself in to the Allen, TX police. All his hideous allegations of stalking were proven to be fiction. There is plenty of protection for folks that are truly being defamed, Timmy.

He just won't get the help he desperately needs from a healthcare (read psychiatric) professional and his evil little wife won't acknowledge just how truly disturbed he really is. He and his partner in scamming Jack Weinzierl should have been locked up years ago and the keys thrown away. Darnell is obviously the deranged one. Seriously, seriously deranged! What does Timmy not understand about he lost!!!!!

So, I walk into my living room and my daughter and a boy I had not yet met were dancing in synch to music coming from the TV. My wife was laughing. My daughter was laughing. Chris, the new boy, was laughing and said, “Hi, Mr. Darnell,” and just kept dancing. He muttered something like, “awkward…” but it didn’t slow him down a lick!
Later, the girls convinced me to try the game, called, “Just Dance 2.” I have to admit, it was an absolute blast. Caleb, my 11 year old, who is into football and basketball actually got into as well.

How Tim Darnell can publically post pictures of his kids with his sleazy business solicitations is beyond me. Those poor kids and their pictures and names are plastered all over the internet. Their father should have the decency to protect their privacy and dignity. When they go out to job hunt later their potential employers are going to be reading all about their father's many pyramid schemes and scams. They will always have to worry that friends will find out about their father's checkered past. For the love of God these children should not have been exposed on the world wide web for the world's billions of people to see, but only had their lives shared with immediate family and friend's in a private and secure way.

I think it is disgusting to see this family living high on the hog while the parents had been refusing for years to pay income tax and file tax returns with the IRS, were delinquent on their property tax, and most egregiously living off of the ill-gotten gains from Darnell operating pyramid schemes. His victims went hungry, lost homes, drown in credit card debt, lost homes and more, while he and his family were living an extravagant lifestyle.

Like anyone cares about the online reputation of a person who spends their life tearing down the reputation of others. Heather, in case you dont get it yet, like we’ve explained so many times before, you are getting a dose of your own medicine. Except, we are being more honest here than you have ever been. If you want to take us to court, by all means, BRING IT ON! We’d love to show a judge all the slime, lies and half-truths you have spread all over your scam site. Funny thing is, we doubt he’d make us remove our content without you having to remove yours. So again we say BRING IT ON!

I notice the creeps behind the site aren't posting. I want to point out the scenario painted above is pure fantasy. It simply doesn't work that way. If anyone wants me to remove or edit content they need to file suit against me and pursue that. When Tim Darnell did that very thing and filed for a permanent injunction to remove all my postings across the net and prevent me from continuing to post he was simply laughed out of court. Despite months of wrangling he simply could not produce a single false statement by me. The case ended in Summary Judgment in my favor.

I would like to suggest the clowns behind this site, since they claim to be offering a public service, come forward. At this point everyone named on that obscene site is getting a dose of the medicine. It has to be really hurting the people who are being blamed for authoring the site. So, if the scammer(s) behind the site thought they were going to help their comrades-in-scamming that has certainly backfired in the worst way. Who, hates me and also would have such seething hatred for those I expose that they would frame them???

This site describes the Tim Darnell that I and many of his victims have met and of course the obviously disturbed author of the slam site.

The author, George K. Simon, makes superb points about these psychopaths in sheep's clothing that use "highly effective psychological weapons to which anyone can be vulnerable." So anyone including the best and the brightest can be victimized. Simon discusses how we all have vulnerabilities and weaknesses that these master manipulators can and will exploit and that we don't want to see and have to accept such folks have evil intentions.

These psychopaths will use denial as in the " "Who... Me?" tactic is a way of "playing innocent," and invites the victim to feel unjustified in confronting the aggressor about the inappropriateness of a behavior. It's also the way the aggressor gives him/herself permission to keep right on doing what they want to do." This behavior can include such nonsense as the psychopath declaring he does what he does because God spoke to him and commands it. The psychopath will contend that no matter how harmful his behavior or dishonest his actions are that what he does is all perfectly justifiable.

The psychopath will ignore any suggestions or requests of those he sees as inferior (almost everyone) as he will never willingly submit to anyone else. Evasive answers are the order of the day for the psychopath. The author rightly points out that "one way to minimize the chances that someone will put one over on you is to remember that because aggressive personalities of all types will generally stop at nothing to get what they want, you can expect them to lie and cheat." Bingo folks!

These master manipulators will shame, guilt heap and lie endlessly to achieve what they want. These psychopaths will play the victim. Tim Darnell played the martyr being attacked for his stand for Christ when any rational person could see that the only thing being attacked was his pyramid scam. Then Darnell resorted to false criminal allegations. He ran around claiming I was stalking his family and the Weinzierls and that I was sending him death threats. A desperate man trying to keep control of his brainwashed cult members.

I know that some of our friends and family are facing foreclosure, health challenges, lost jobs, divorce, etc. I pray that this encourages you, as God has a very special plan for you and the enemy is doing everything he can to keep you from leading a victorious life that will glorify God.

Worship was awesome this morning… not because of the songs we sang… not because of the talent on stage (and they are talented), but because of who He is. Worship and prayer has been so important to Stephanie and me over the past few years. It kept us focused on His grace and mercy in the midst of some very difficult storms. It kept me focused on all that He has done for us and what He delivered us from… and what He is still delivering us through. We are so thankful!

Over the past 3 years… we lost two businesses, lost our so-called “dream” home to foreclosure, lost our business reputation, lost friends who believed the lies, lost a church when it closed, lost health temporarily with depression… diagnosed with skin cancer in five places, atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation, $25,000 in legal fees fighting a baseless lawsuit, faced over $700,000 in debt, and several thousand online attacks on me, my family, faith, church and school.

The enemy did everything possible to take me out… at times wondering if my family was better off without me… if I can be so honest in hopes of helping someone else. Christians often put a good face on, while ignoring serious issues that so many face in private. You are never too low or have fallen too far from God that He cannot heal and restore you.
I am sharing all this in hope that it helps someone else. It is not easy to go through the storms in life, but continue to praise Him for what He has done, is doing and will do in your life. He has delivered us from some very difficult circumstances… almost everyone of these mentioned above. He did not bring those things to us, but He will use these circumstances to strengthen you and we give Him all the glory. We have overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony.

Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. He is our encourager, our provider, our healer, our deliverer, our comfort, our victory. He has provided for us in so many supernatural ways and we look forward to sharing…. the rest of the story very soon. Be encouraged… be ” in courage” this week. Pray with someone else you know going through a difficult time. Sow seeds of encouragement (even when you don’t feel like it) and the harvest will be great.

Remember to be thankful for your many blessings. Most of you reading this make more than $2 a day which is the average pay for 50% of the world’s population. Be thankful that you can worship and pray without persecution and that we serve the only Risen Savior.

I want to make sure to clarify one thing in my post above. We are not victims. We made several bad choices and decisions and much of what we experienced was due to those decisions. Yes, the enemy will use these circumstances to try to take you out, make you ineffective for the Kingdom by making you feel unworthy and filled with self pity and even hatred, but I thank God for His mercy and grace. I know that I chased the almighty dollar at times vs putting “The Almighty” first. I will contend for the very best, falling short at times, but failing is an event, not who you are. Have a great week friends and look for someone to encourage and love. It may be a matter of life and death to them.
