It's probably no surprise to anyone here that much of the "reporting" on the Examiner is questionable at best. I know the writers aren't suppose to be pros by any means, but, come on...

I just ran into a story called "Ways To Make Money" here (http://www.examiner.com/article/ways-to-make-money).

The story references a story by Amanda Winston Consumer Trends Investigator, which is a fake name and title used by numerous fake websites promoting work at home scams. Here's the part The Examiner quotes:



"According to a special report published by Amanda Winston, a Consumer Trend Investigator of Your Daily Finance – Working from home online is a reality for at least one Maryland mom. Read Have You Ever Considered Working from Home Online to learn more."

Even better, the first link of the article links this account (http://www.jeteakmakemoney.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi) which has been suspended. :duh:
