I quit the program within the same week of joining. I lost money but I take full responsibility for that loss and blame no one but myself for the decision I made.

(By the way, TopSurfer.com does not allow any ads to be sent out for illegal activities, so as far as I understood, certain types of cash gifting are legal.)

I told that person from your forum that in the emails to me and who went by the name of Radda Shnitzel with the email of raddashnitzelradda@gmail.com, that I had changed my mind and I was not going to do cash gifting as you can see is the truth when you go to my former affiliate site, Welcome To Perpetual Cash Leveraging (http://mysite.thepeoplesprogram.com/CTE23/contactus.php?d=177522) that there is nothing there.

I made repeated requests to the admin of The People's Program to delete my account.
