EHome Delivery - is it another online grocery/matrix scheme?

I recently heard about a "pre-launch" for a company calling itself EHome Delivery, Inc. The person behind this is William (Bill) Haltom, who appears to have been in real Estate/Contracting for a long time. Now, he is opening an online grocery shopping/delivery service that uses an "Unlimited Width Matrix (Unilevel) 10 Levels Deep". It seems to pay more then the Sundance Global scheme.

The chart they use to demonstrate their "Compensation" plan is hard to believe, especially since they are not open as yet. Their Launch date keeps moving.

Another thing that creates concern about this "new" company is their Security Certificate for their secured shopping cart.
