Vemma, under scrutiny and complaints, raised the minimum age of a "brand partner" (affiliate/distributor/whatever) to 18.
However, BK Boyenko, the owner, was just caught on twitter admitting that minors can enroll using their parent's Birthday and SSN, then "transfer" the account to themselves when they turned 18.

This is very reminiscent of Empowered Network earlier this year paraded a 14 (or was it 12) yr old as a "badass" earner who enrolled using his dad's name, when it's clear that Empowered's own policy also says "you must be 18 to join".
