Hello Everyone

I have recently signed up to 24Option to try affiliate marketing for binary options.
With huge payouts and huge conversion rates, you can imagine how well this has been going for me.
Any affiliate should make it a priority to try out this new incredible system.

Good luck!

John, the big problem with that if you live in the states is what you are doing is illegal. Any of the Binary Options sites that are not registered in the US and with the CFTC are breaking the law. Never minding all the other problems that exist with Binary firms, many of which are proving to be the roach motel equivalent of the options business.

Also several countries declared 24option unauthorized to offer services to their residents.

France for example: http://www.amf-france.org/documents/general/10308_1.pdf

If someone wants more, can dig them up, but it is not on my interest list.

If you solicit/advertise this financial instrument (it is legally defined as one) / company to residents of countries where 24option is not authorized/ licensed you can be held responsible.

oh, that gets more interesting....

Neither 24Option or Cbay Financial Services Limited (as described in their Terms) [reg# ΗΕ 312030, reg date: 18/09/2012] are registered with CySEC.
Cyprus is where they claim they based in, CySEC requires for binary options brokers to be registered with them.

Shoot me , but they have no single financial license anywhere in the world.

So if you want to promote this thing and stay in legal bounds, limit yourself to countries which do not care about binary options or do not consider them to be regulated (there are not many)

Niksam that is good work.

My first post on RS was for another Binary Option firm. One thing I find interesting other than the whole illegal thing is the scam side of binary options firms. There are so many games they can play to keep people from getting their money, up to and including just closing up shop. Of course most retail option traders lose everything they put in their account, so in some senses it is the perfect con.

Agree, almost every single BinOp site operates on the same casino principle.
