Note: I've taken video of the entire 10 Minute Money System sales process as well as full-page screenshots and saved the pages.

10 Minute Money System is an eBay training program found at this link:
ebay - Learn to make money on (http://www.10minutemoneysystem.com/auctionkit/?m=11690599)

A couple things I've noticed so far:

The Security Seal on 10 Minute Money System's order page isn't clickable making it meaningless. Not only that, but the date on the security seal is 2 months old as of today as you can see in the following image:

Privacy Policy Observations

The full Privacy Policy is here:
Ebay Offer (http://www.10minutemoneysystem.com/auctionkit/privacy_policy)

I also noticed language in the Privacy Policy that I either haven't seen before or I didn't notice. Here's what I'm talking about:

http://i1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg536/Paul_Schlegel/10%20Minute%20Money%20System/10MinuteMoneySystemPrivacyTerms_zps635bfb36.png (http://s1242.photobucket.com/user/Paul_Schlegel/media/10%20Minute%20Money%20System/10MinuteMoneySystemPrivacyTerms_zps635bfb36.png.ht ml)

"By submitting your credit card information to us or to one of our advertisers, you are authorizing the Company or its agent to periodically verify that your credit card account is valid and has credit available by charging, and thereafter crediting, a small sum to the card."

The only other place I've seen this done is when signing up for PayPal. This language seems highly unusual to me. Has anybody else seen language like that on order pages?

The order page itself only mentions one-time charges, including a charge for one month of hosting. If that's true (?) then there would be no reason to include the language about periodically charging credit cards. Here's the order page:

http://i1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg536/Paul_Schlegel/10%20Minute%20Money%20System/10MinuteMoneySystemOrderPagepng_zps416263c0.png (http://s1242.photobucket.com/user/Paul_Schlegel/media/10%20Minute%20Money%20System/10MinuteMoneySystemOrderPagepng_zps416263c0.png.ht ml)

I also don't recall seeing mentions of allowing skip-tracing in a Privacy Policy. Again it could just be that I've seen it and not noticed it, but I don't think so. The language:

"We may use your information in our online (e.g., e-mail marketing) and offline (e.g., telemarketing, cell phone text messaging, skip tracing, and direct mail) marketing programs. With respect to telemarketing in particular, you authorize us and our third-party marketing partners to call your landline telephone and/or cell phone (if provided) and you understand that your wireless carrier's standard rates may apply to any calls to your cell phone. If you would like to be removed from these programs, click here and follow the opt-out instructions provided within each message you may receive."

Few red flags at first sight - no experience needed, making money guaranteed, automated, steps are easy as 1,2,3,sell like creasy...I can only say - nothing is easy and there are no automated earnings...then sell like creasy - why would they offer guaranteed creasy sellings with 100% discount ????...maybe it's not scam but nobody is selling anything nowdays like creasy - with all the competiton on the net,it sounds more like cheap staff, trap for people who think all you have to do is press the button...and...guaranteed success does not exist - only becuse of that fake statement I would strongly avoid the whole thing.Remember this - any real offerer of any job, business, affiliation will NEVER EVER use words like guaranteed, success, creasy and automated. They will only explain WHAT you have to do....or let me put this way -Who will take 50 $ and give you guaranteed, damn easy earnings in 1000s $ (remember, they say creasy sell)???????:fishing_can:
