Cardiovascular exercises are very important for the heart health and improve the fitness level and body strength & stamina. Most of the personal trainer recommend the cardio exercises such as jogging, running, swimming, and cycling to burn the fat, lose extra body weight and control the cholesterol level.

Absolutely!
Cycling is my number one exercise.---Unfortunately my number one hero was Lance Armstrong,but thats another story!

Swimming is my fave one now!!!

Phelps is my idol till now and I think he doesn't use dopping like Armstrong did...

I have used Phelps deep breathing apparatus on more than one occasion. It is great precursor to carb loading before a big workout, or nap. :RpS_wink:
