Poor mother duck taking her ducklings for a mile walk to her favourite lake which is more easy to reach by air than on foot, if you are a duck. I really loved this video.

My, my - P2P you may have to go over and join that friendly little Koffee Katch! Here is quote someone who really liked it also:

Hi Evelyn and friends,

Love those duck stories. That does my heart good to see people be so kind to the birds. Thanks.

Myrna

I have seen the video on TV - HLN, I believe. I like Lydia and being Russian she definitely has strong opinions.

Remember though, both Mary Evelyn Simpson and Myrna Ferguson promote MLM and Scam.

I know they are scam promoters "scratchy" but luckily we do not have to join anything or promote Mary Evelyn to watch the video that Lydia sent her.

I know that ducks can be the some of worst mothers in the animal kingdom. Most farmers used to take their eggs away and use their broody hens to raise ducklings when I was a child. It was such a typical duck Mum thing to do. They are far too impatient to be good Mums. That one was so impatient to get her youngsters to her favourite bathing and feeding ground that she expected them to "leg it" for a mile before they had learned to fly. Luckily there were sympathetic humans to help her.

I love ducks and had 3 at one time. Male and 2 females - Donald, Sugar and Queenie! They never had any ducklings to survive because Donald would kill them. They were so fun to have around though and we had a children's pool for them to swim in. Yes, they still try to cover the sewage with some good stuff but somehow it just doesn't work. Scamland is still for scammers.
