In 1998, our Founder, Coach Tim Flatt (a lifelong entrepreneur) was coaching junior high and high school basketball. Through the seasons he noticed a couple of things that occurred when a player had an injury that wasn’t serious enough to stop the player from practicing and playing in games …

According to HSLive365.com, a website dedicated to covering homeschool sports, the request and subsequent appeal were denied because of National Christian Homeschool Championships rule that states: “A player must live at home with his/her parent, legal guardian or legally responsible person (in the case of foster children or other family hardships) in order to be considered homeschooled.”

Sources told The Oklahoman that Trier recently moved to Tulsa with a close family friend, while his mother remained at her home in Oklahoma City.

Tim Flatt, a former head coach of the OKC Storm now serving as the Executive Director of the NCHC, released the following statement:

Reminds me of a little ditty from eons ago when chlorophyll was the big thing:
"If chlorophyll cured every ill
then 'tis my expectation
a brilliant guy
could profit by
a chlorophylling station...!"

Well the product works as well as any I have tried but yeah sure is not a cure all and is pricey for what it is, but me thinks network marketing scam! They owe me around 1,800.00 and are offering to give in to me in product only. If I go to the court I have to go to OK and I am in SC. I don't want any more of their darn product! Do you know of any agency I can report them to? Or can I?

Just a guess, but if they are offering product only they don't have any money or are real jerks. Either way a trip to OK unless you can get a judgement attaching something real could be a hollow victory and put you anther couple hundy in the hole. A thought I have, and this is a bit of a long shot is to see if you can get an OK attorney to represent you in Small Claims Court to obtain a judgement and collect on it for you. I would ONLY do this on a contingency, probably around 30%ish, and whatever you get you get. Better than 100% of nothing or a shelf full of potions.

Another long chance you have would be to take your upline sponsor if local to small claims court. It may get tossed, or if win it may prove difficult to collect. BUT if you are able to get a judgement you could find a hungry attorney to try and recover it for you on a contingency basis (Same as above, don't pay any cash up front).

The other approach would be just to raise a lot of hell and hope your money mysteriously floats to the top of the payable list.

Tim Flatt is a REAL JERK! He has threatened to take me to court and" make sure I never own another thing" "I was like for what? Selling you lotion?!?" LOL Taking my "upline" to court seems very inviting! However, I don't think she would be held responsible for their debt. I think raising hell is the way to go...Thank you so much for the links! Do you think I should file with all of them? What about the Better Business Bureau in OK., and can I file with my local Business Bureau since my "upline is in this area?

Do you think I should file with all of them? What about the Better Business Bureau in OK., and can I file with my local Business Bureau since my "upline is in this area?

I would do all of them, both SC and OK. You may also consider some letter writing to elected officials in both OK and SC to see if they will help things along with the AG in each state. If you do a good form letter it will just be a matter of time and a few stamps. Of course some agencies are more responsive than others, but if you can get a few letters to cross Tim Flatt's desk he may reach for the checkbook.

Anyone can sue, but only an idiot would spend money on lawyer fees instead of paying a vendor money they actually owe. $1800 would barely get a few nasty letters written and certainly would not get him within spitting distance of any court in this country. As long as you keep things factual there is not much he can really do. Likely a bunch of chest thumping.

One thing I forgot yesterday, MLMs agreements often require arbitration as opposed to letting the distributor sue so you might want to review that section. Once you see what it contains I would put a few feelers out to some OK attorneys. Won't cost much more than time.

================================================== ======

Assuming your goal no longer becomes realistically collecting the debt and turns to warning others. If you have any email lists from the MLM, professional contacts of Tim's, or access to a scam website you may want to tell your story. Load any emails, threats, etc. and make sure people know they are dealing with someone who does not pay his bills and has tantrums like a child.

Should not be hard to collect $1800 in Truth Bucks.

ribshaw I have been in different business and would not even consider wasting my time over 1,800.00 PROVABLE debt to a vendor. He is doing this because he is a freaking jerk. Not over a little bit if money. POWER......I did not bow to him when he email me back (after 3 weeks of waiting) I was asking him to speak with me about issues I had with my "upline". However when he replied it was with telling me he could not and my acct was temporality closed. I had YET another episode with my uplines son at a local flea market. I immediately told him to cancel the 1,000.00 order. Then asked if we could please speak. He said he had no interest in speaking to me. Next thing I hear was the beginning of the next month (APril) with a phone call from another guy I have heard on their stupid webinars. He said I didn't qualify for certain parts of the money but could not tell me why. I had qualified the previous months with less volume in my "downline" and myself. No explanation to WHY my acct was closed or anything. Nothing but childish (ya got that right) threats and personal attacks.

That is one of the things I detest about MLM (and other recruiting businesses), even the biggies like Amway and Herbalife have been known to just give affiliates the boot for some perceived slight.

Some comments from the web..

Stay away from Tim Flatt. Re: FEEDBACK ON TIM FLATT (MIH Inc) (http://www.mlm911.com/messages/1307.html)

Tim had a company called Financial Services Internation that sold leads. He overcharged my checking account after I had canceled his service. $300+

He did refund $190, but refused to refund the rest.

I had my lawyer draw up a demand letter, but he never replied back.

I don't trust this guy at all. He has closed FSI and is focused on Make It Happen.

I would not trust him with anything...

================================================
There is a response from Tim Flatt at the bottom of the link, lest I be fair. Re: response from Tim Flatt, CEO of MIH, to Jay's post (http://mlm911.com/messages/4269.html)

In my humble opinion most people usually don't take to complaining for shits and giggles if they are treated well. This complaint seems very similar to the one above, and to Trish's assertion of being owed money.

Tim Flatt and his cohort David Dearman,
came to Southern Calif and basically ripped
us well I can't speak for others but I know
that I never got what I was promised.

Yes it amazes me the man came with great credes
WHy rip me off for a measley $200

This guy is associated with a ton of businesses, many of them look like failed recruiting gimmick nonsense. Like "Make it Happen LLC" which aint happnin no more. https://www.sos.ok.gov/corp/corpInformation.aspx?id=3500700716 And globaltrafficmatrix.com (http://globaltrafficmatrix.com/?reqp=1&reqr=nzcdYaM6MKWwLzIapT5ypF5jLab=) another belly-up fish in the sun.

I hope Tim Flatt coughs up the money, or gives an appropriate explanation.

These are two other avenues for filing complaints on the web. Some have questioned the methods Scambook employs, but it is what it is when trying to get paid.

[QUOTE=ribshaw;71052]That is one of the things I detest about MLM (and other recruiting businesses), even the biggies like Amway and Herbalife have been known to just give affiliates the boot for some perceived slight. "

She is jealous that I went out and sold lotion instead of focusing and getting others to buy 500.00 and them getting someone to buy 500.00 and so on..... I passed her in in total volume within a month (Sept 2013) LOL...From that one month, in OCT and Nov. I had a few people that did signed up (like I did at first) just to get the wholesale price and a couple did order 500.00 to just see if they could sell it at thier local flea market. Not any reorders from them though and I didn't bug them to to this or that....I was a very good "upline" seemed like way too much hassel to me.

My "upline followed me down to the Flea Market I went to and started trouble every time I turned around. Then she hooked up with one of the ladies in my "downline" that is a "seasoned" network marketer. This is my first time dealing with network marketing and it will darn sure be my last!!

Tim Flatt is a low life scum before he met me I see. My friend is right, she said "they don't care how much you sell, It's about getting others to BUY volume....... If you are not into that you get the booted.... LOL I will file complains everywhere I can! Thank you sooooooo much for the info!! : )
