The website for this stupid little cycling matrix scam is wcarev.com which of course uses anonymous reregistration but he made a common error for a serial scammer. Yes "scratchy." The "dying from cancer Felicia Harris" of Scamlandpo is trying to make a few crumbs from this. Mutt from MyCashForums is also "dying of cance" but he promotes WCA on the scam advertising board that he administers "My Cash Forums (http://mycashforums.com/topic/21506-wealth-creation-alliance-wcarevcom/)" Ken Russo who has not announced his terminal illness yet, advertises it in palscafe.

I could be wrong but the only connection between Chuck Hughes and Paul Skulitz is they both use the name "Wealth Creation Alliance." Perhaps if one of them owns any sort of trademark on it they could be persuaded to sue the other.

But the cycling matrix scam endorsed by Ken "DRDave" Russo is wcarev.com which is owned by Paul Skulitz. Ken claimed to take more than a grand out today from a recent investment of $200 yet he knows it isn't worth the effort to add the program to his sig file. To answer P2p's question, this tells me Ken expects this program to implode as quickly as I do.

Did anyone do a Google search for this one?? Perhaps I am mistaken but link after link exposes Chuck Hughes as the culprit. Who he is connected with, I do not know perhaps it is Paul Skulitz, at this point I am not sure. The business is located in an at least highrise building in San Francisco, CA, right on the top floor. Is it the same or not, you decide...

This is one of the tricks that smart scammers use. They use a name that when you type it into google you get a heap of unrelated hits...

This Chuck Huges does not seem to be a scammer but rather he charges a real high price for his opinions and he does make some rather out there claims...

Found a Paul Skulitz announcement on the web. He says the site was closed due to a DDOS attack (Denial of Service Attack). They'll be back after they move to a new server and have everything in good working order again.

I do not know, what happened at WCA - unfortunately they did not send out any information or email.
Only when you log in, you get the information, that yesterdays purchases are not registred (because of the serverchange) and you have to contact them to get your missing ad units credited.
Also the STATS are changed and therefore not correct - so some members who had purchased ad units have now 0 units at all.
So right now, I cannot pay out any RCB since the stats are not correct.
I will pay out the RCB as soon as the STATS are corrected.

No one is debating whether legal compliance is important or not, and who's to say this particular member was warned already? If he posts payment proof again then I can understand it, but at the same time if it doesn't violate MMG rules then it's up to the admins to decide whether it is justified or not. A young company like WCA is not likely to be under govt radar until later on in it's growth, but it's important to train the members early on not to treat the opp as an investment to prevent the same thing that happened to Zeek. In that program you have to commit to buying daily and waiting to cycle. Here you can get started with just a $2 one time ad purchase with no daily requirement to purchase out of pocket.
