At least "Phil" was smart enough to hide his Whois records this time (still using same nameservers, though) - and not use testimonials from FTC complaints. Didn't stop ol' Proft Masters Academy from using all kinds of testimonials that violate FTC's no safe harbor guidelines again though. Here's one:
“As a stay-at-home mom with two young children I was looking for a way to make money from home. I enrolled in this Program and found that the resources were critical to being successful. People will make attempts to start online businesses themselves, and that’s great, but I think that the ones you’ll find that are more successful really have the right tools behind them. Currently, I’m doing about $40,000 in sales a month. So things are going really well. Monthly profit is coming in at about $10,000 currently. Thanks!”

Of course, the obligatory non-disclosed Stock Photo is also used.
I like the fact that Profit Masters Academy is now using the same stock photo for their spokesperson as Paid To Place. I don't know if they're working together, but I suppose everybody in Utah is "working together" anyhow.
