Tim Darnell and Jack Weinzierl were master con artists at scamming innocent christians by preaching the gospel. The most notable scam was the Advantage Conference scam.

if your unfamiliar with the Advantage Conference scam. It was a scam run by master con artist Tim Darnell (In short Tim Darnell would charge honest and hard working Christians in upwards of $10k to attend a conference that was run by so called "christian milliionaires"). Soapboxmom over at scam.com (and now the Admin here at Realscam) worked for years (late 2005 to late 2009 and early 2010) to try to shut the scam down and even suffered legal ramifications and thousands of dollars to defend herself and keep her good name.

I tried doing a google search on "tim Darnell" and scam.com into google and the website to those threads is still showing up as an isp 208.86.2.42 and can not be viewed as it is now scam.com and not 208.86.2.42

So then I thought I would do a search with scam.com to find the threads of Tim Darnell. I had Typed Tim Darnell into scam.com's search and typed the cache code that was listed to avoid spam bots and got this message when I typed "Tim Darnell"

If this term contains a wildcard, please make this term more specific.

for goodness sakes I typed in Tim Darnell not Tim.......and What the hell is a wildcard?!? in relationship to a search result??? lol... In any event thats one of many reasons why I dont post there so I apologize for not providing more links as i know they do exist on scam.com


But my Question is does anyone know where Tim Darnell and Jack Weinzierl are today?!? Are they still in Advantage Conference??? Last I heard about Jack Weinzerl was that he was at some point in the VEMMA scam and doing a quick google search on him today reveals that he is now in some EVOLV nutritional Scam. But what about Tim Darnell??? Does anyone know what he has been up too... is he still out scamming the innocent?

We estimated our expected tithe. It was unusual, but we estimated the amount of income we wanted for the next year. Then, starting in January, we tithed on that amount monthly. (We estimated the income, divided it by twelve, and tithed that mount). Guess what? At the end of the year that amount of our business profit was exactly what we had estimated.

The next year we increased our estimated income, and we tithed on that increased amount each month. That year, the same thing happened; we made that income. The third year, we increased the estimate again. But something went wrong. We blew a fuse! We made far more profit than the estimated amount.

What a load. And how has that continued, Jack? Cash still rolling in? You sure shot that million bucks in a hurry. Or is some of it overseas? You're living pretty well for someone that was going to claim bankruptcy a while ago, is another broke down MLMer moving on, and putting the wife back to work. Maybe you should pray some more.

After five full years of daily malignment by an unusually vicious Internet blogger, I was still at a loss entering the sixth year as to what to do about the problem. I had reached out to multiple attorneys for advice, and even litigated to no avail. I wrote letters to my Congressmen, one of which actually responded with a few good strategies, but all having to do with litigation. I consulted with multiple IT professionals who offered nothing more than blank stares.

I contacted multiple state and federal regulatory agencies, and several professional reputation management companies. One of those companies had proactively contacted our office about three years into the attacks, assuring me they could help, and I was certainly amenable. They were to do a study on my case, and would then get back to me. I was dubious, but definitely intrigued as to what innovative strategy they might offer. About a week later, the president of the rather sizable company called back to apologize. He said they had never encountered a smear campaign as extensive as mine, and that unfortunately, they couldn’t do anything. He did offer his condolences. Alrighty then…

As a business owner, one has to be knowledgeable about all aspects of their business. That means you have to have a working understanding of every aspect from Accounting to “Zeroes and Ones,” and everything in between. You’ve got to outsource and/or hire good people who are experts at their respective skill. But nobody, and I mean nobody, after years of searching had the solution to this relatively new online phenomenon.

After five years, the damage had compounded, and the damage was nothing short of severe. I ended up losing the business – all because of one unemployed, never been employed, Internet blogger. I had not planned for this bizarre interruption in my family and business’s life, but regardless, I basically had no viable alternative other than to sit back and endure the abuse.

Revelation!

The week in between Christmas and New Years is usually slow for certain types of businesses. I used that time to sharpen my marketing skills, diving into a brand new course I had purchased online regarding a newly developed marketing strategy. Of the thousands of courses that are available, I happened to strike gold in finding a marketing technique that was excellent for proactive marketing, certainly. But toward the end of the course, which had nothing to do with reputation management, I came to the startling realization that I had discovered the answer to our five-plus year dilemma. I could hardly believe it, but I knew instinctively that this was the best and and only way to solve the very serious and prolonged problem I and my top representative in our former company, who had also been targeted, had endured.

Relief and excitement are two major emotions I had not experienced in some time, as this was an excellent, though completely unexpected, ‘Eureka Moment.’ It feels tremendous to have been searching for something, although you had no idea what that something was or would be, and you finally discover “it” – exactly the solution you’ve been looking for.

I realized full well that we couldn’t get back our once successful, multi-million dollar business. But I became acutely aware that I could be of profound assistance to others who were experiencing the same challenge in their life. Although the solution is not 100% effective, it goes a long, long way toward avoiding the incredible damage that can be done by neurotic individuals who have nothing better to do than spend their waking hours slandering your good name, or your business’s public image.

As business owners, it is difficult to assess when and to what degree, sales, transactions, customers, and business are lost; but, potential clients or customers will avoid you if anything perceived as problematic or negative shows up on the Internet. A single comment can climb the search engines, and people who don’t know you will judge you based on that single, tainted, virtually always inaccurate opinion.

But now, we can deal with that issue quite effectively and at a fraction of what it would have cost only a year ago. From someone who found their business livelihood seriously damaged, that’s pretty good news. Actually, that’s really great news!

I had no idea I would finally be able to arrive at the answer to negative comments and articles that appear on the Internet. I hadn’t at all planned to be in the reputation management business, but I feel like I absolutely owe it to others who find themselves in a similar situation, because I do have the solution.

Libel and false accusations are not fun – to say the least. So, my suggestion is that we get together, and I will personally take a thorough look at your situation. After five full years of daily malignment by an unusually vicious Internet blogger, I was still at a loss entering the sixth year as to what to do about the problem. I had reached out to multiple attorneys for advice, and even litigated to no avail. I wrote letters to my Congressmen, one of which actually responded with a few good strategies, but all having to do with litigation. offense and defense. When people look for you, they are going to rely primarily on Google search. Thinking defensively means you’re not going to let uninvited comments show up on your first three pages of a Google search. Your name, along with anybody else who has the same name must be protected from outsider junk bombs.

Your Google pages are yours. You own them. They are your turf just as much as your house is your home turf. You must own those pages. That control doesn’t happen by default. It happens as a result of a concerted effort. Ownership of your turf really is a serious marketing campaign, regardless of whether you are in business or not.

You’ve got to learn how to proactively take charge of the top three pages at least or you will get scored on in, potentially, a very distasteful way. So, that’s “Defense.”

You must also play offense, meaning you want to get the most bang for your buck with those first three pages. Again, this doesn’t happen by chance, and frankly requires a lot of planning and work. There are simple ways to accomplish a powerful offense, and the pay-off can be beneficial as regards your business and/or personal goals.

So – don’t leave this concept to chance. You must – OWN YOUR TERRITORY. You not only can, you have to!

Justin "Broker" Jones like Tim Darnell and Jack Weinzierl made false criminal allegations against me. He claimed I had sent e-mails to his wife and daughters threatening them with rape and death. Tim Darnell and Jack Weinzierl falsely accused me of stalking them and their families and sending death threats. I registered for and attended an Oceanside Network live webinar using my own name and information. Justin Jones took the opportunity to make a general apology to me at the beginning and end of the call. That was certainly a good first step and wise move on his part.

I would strongly suggest Darnell and Weinzierl do the same. I will not rest until they have fairly compensated the elderly victim that sued them to recover her losses and reimbursed my family for the attorney fees they ran up with their lies and shenanigans. Darnell and Weinzierl are committing business suicide online. Sadly, their children are being irreparably harmed by their actions. What is on the internet will live forever and they need to take decisive action to clean up the messes they made.
