The shapely celeb and her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney, were slapped with a $5 million class-action complaint in New York on Thursday by four disgruntled customers who say they bought QuickTrim products due to the Kardashians' endorsements.

The Manhattan federal court filing says QuickTrim is "marketed by the defendants as a clinically proven formula that will increase metabolism, curb appetite and promote weight loss."

"In reality, QuickTrim's main ingredient is a large dose of caffeine, which the FDA [Food and Drug Administration] has determined is not a safe or effective treatment for weight control," the suit charges.

Court papers note that ads for the products "generally feature ... photos of one or more of the Kardashian sisters in a bikini or other revealing attire."

A Kardashian rep did not respond to a request for comment.
