Yep, believe it or not, the perpetual serial scammer variously known as "Clayton L Parker" "Uncle Clayton" and "Spring Creek Fox" is back on the scene again (did he actually ever leave ??)

This time, Parker is known as "Crusader" and is touting his latest offering GOLD WAVE, GOLD LEASE PLAN (http://duplicateuc.proboards.com/) on a free Proboards website, no less.

Clayton L Parker has the dubious honour of having his own thread on TALKGOLD HYIP PONZI FORUM (http://www.talkgold.com/forum/showthread.php?t=316320&page=1)

Here he is back in 2008 as "cl8ton" touting his "SAMgroup" scam: http://www.web-life.org/vb/history/topic/14710-1.html (http://www.web-life.org/vb/history/topic/14710-1.html)

Here he's being discussed on MATRIXWATCH.com (http://www.matrixwatch.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4983) back in 2007

Be afwaid, people, be vewy, vewy afwaid.

And he huffed and he puffed and he, he, he...........WHOOPS.........it was just a bad attack of gas all along:

In January 2007, an online bank ... NetBank.com ... froze YOUR accounts. I then contacted them and told them if they did not "un-freeze" YOUR funds that I would BURN their *** faster than they could freeze anymore accounts. It only took me one phone call to convince them to unfreeze YOUR accounts. They KNEW they had a liable suit if they did not comply. By freezing YOUR account, they 'liabled' me! And, I will NOT stand for "educated idiots' with MBA's in economics to insinuate UNPROVEN allegations. I referred them to a link that showed them I will sue them within an inch of their financial life. We are taking Lloyd's bank of London to court in June 07'. It will ruin that bank! www.NetBank.com's (http://www.NetBank.com%27s) legal department then unfroze the accounts and is refunding YOUR monies that they held frozen. I will not let anyone or any agency STEAL you funds as long as I am a part of a transaction with you. My dealings are above board, and comply with the laws of the land. It is the banks that confiscate your property that lose when I become involved with you because they can not STEAL from you while I am involved in the transaction. My plans are REVERSE-CONFISCATION in every aspect of the word. So, it is only natural for banks to not like my plans.

These days, my impression is of Unca Clayton sittin' in the sun outside his trailer boppin' along to Duelling Banjos, chewing on a straw and scheming how to make his rent for next month.

LRM, you gonna be old and grey by the time you finish to list all of Claytons scams....There have been dozens of them....

Probably very true.

I see it as one of the advantages of being a member of a forum such as REALSCAM.com (http://www.realscam.com) with its' stated objective: http://www.realscam.com/images/misc/realscam-logo1.gif

People CAN make up their own mind, based on evidence presented in one place. No one has to search the 'net and its' archives.

It's also why I like to use screenshots wherever possible.

Fraudsters such as Clayton L Parker/Property Wikia/Terry Cuthbert/Tim Darnell/Jack Weinzierl et al can be judged not on someone elses' ability to "debate" but on their own words and actions and the degree to which they're exposed is not dependent on the whims of an easily bought off forum owner/moderator.

Clayton L Parker has no wriggle room to use his years of scamming experience, the evidence is right here.

Holy Smokes! That is the same verse Jack Weinzierl and Tim Darnell always popped up with when I had something to say they did not like. With a very small number of hardcore believers a scammer has an instant get out of jail free and total trust card by twisting The Word. Really pathetic when you think about it. Most of the folks that fall for this stuff are practically destitute and the only thing that gives them any comfort in their life is their intense faith. Scammer boys sure love to capitalize on that. Clayton, Jack and Tim should enjoy the fires of hell together for what they have done to good trusting people!

Nothing on Legacy.com to confirm it under that name.

It is always a good idea to check out a website before you visit it for the first time. Many tools you can use. Scamadviser is possibly the best and most up-to-date. Just enter the website URL and see what the result is: Scamadviser.com | check a website for risk | check if dodgey | check is a website safe (http://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/)

By checking the site you will get a clear idea of the site, ownership, registration, online trust etc. Scamadviser is one of the most trusted tools in the internet world for checking the scam or legitimacy of the website. Scamadviser gives you interesting and informative facts on the website you are searching for. Probably you will have almost all information to decide for yourself, whether a site is scam or not. You may share this tool, if you find it worth to use.

Our condolences on the loss of your father, jewelsmask.

Unfortunately, Claytons' reputation was something he earned for himself and was not gained by accident.

Given the number of victims of his chosen occupation, I really don't think people can be blamed for being cynical at the news, as hurtful as it may be to his family.

I dont know anything about his business, but I would like to speak on behalf of his integrity. This man was one of the kindest human beings, who would literally give you the shirt off his back. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He raised 3 girls that were not his own and treated us as if we were his own. He was a suportive and a loving person. Whenever my step-sister died in 1999 from a drunk driver, my father went and seen the girl who killed her and took her flowers, he told her he forgave her for what she had done. He wanted to make sure she was okay. Now you tell me how many of you could have forgiven the person responsible for killing your child.

Very admirable, but it does not offset the economic harm he did to the victims of his online scams.

Bullshit....

He was a low life scum bag who stole from anyone who he could get his hands on their money....

Go read the forums and see how many people he ripped off....

As for the drunk driver story....I'll bet if you contact her she will tell how Clayton scammed her as well.

Unfortunately, rodeomom, we DO know about his "business".

As often happens, it appears Clayton was able to successfully keep his family shielded from his outside activities, which does not, in any way, mitigate the fact he chose to deliberately and intentionally defraud a great many people over a great many years.

"Integrity" is a lot like "pregnancy"

It's not possible to be a "little bit pregnant" or have a "little bit of integrity"

The Clayton Parker we knew certainly had no "integrity"
