Burke Hedges Sues LifeVantage
Alleges Wrongful Termination, Breach of Contract

Burke Hedges (http://burkehedges.com/) is the author of seven popular books, including You Can't Steal Second with Your Foot on First, You Inc., and one of the all time best selling M.L.M. books Whole Stole the American Dream. He currently provides entrepreneurial training and education through his Career Without Walls (http://www.careerwow.com/) program.

He used to be a LifeVantage distributor.

Burke was also operating under a separate "Amended Agreement" that, he claims, required LifeVantage to pay him $20,000 per month for three months, and then $10,000 per month for another nine months, beginning May, 2009. The agreement also included the option to purchase 120,000 shares of LifeVantage stock at $0.70 per share (which has since more than doubled), travel expenses of up to $5,000 per month, and full qualification at the highest rank in the LifeVantage compensation plan. In return, Hedges agreed to attend various training events around the country, assist in the production of sales aids and training materials, and actively build a LifeVantage organization.

On August 27th, LifeVantage terminated the distributorship of Burke Hedges, DBA Backbone Worldwide, Inc. allegedly due to:

1) Taking prospects from other LifeVantage distributors - cross sponsoring;
2) Aggressive, intimidating, harassing behavior - Rules of Conduct;
3) Making disparaging comments about LifeVantage and executives of LifeVantage - Non-Disparagement;
4) Not including the term "LifeVantage Independent Distributor" - Trademark & Copyrights......
