I was real excited to move into my new apartment. I signed the lease prior to seeing the apartment because the tenant had not moved out yet. On my moving day, the apartment was a terrible mess. The carpets were black, the bathroom had mold and had not been cleaned in a very long time. The kitchen smelled, I ended up cleaning it all myself, management simply ignored my requests. There are many dogs here who crap all over and never cleaned up. This place has a problem with drunk homeless sleeping on the grounds. NOW the Manager, she will look you in the eye and LIE! You will have to pay fines, based on her lies, she will constantly threatened to evict you for things you did not do, on the other hand she protected a wanted criminal for over a year. If she likes you, no rules apply, if she dislikes you she will harass you until you leave or she evicts you whichever is first. NOT A SAFE PLACE either, drug dealers, fights and gang tagging, go somewhere else!

Brad, it makes no difference to most here what you have, or have not, been thru in life (please don't put me in the same category).
