Seeing as Claiborne is in Illinois (the state that clue-by-foured David Myrland over cash gifting a little more than a decade ago), perhaps he really should have done more research before jumping in. Such as, say, at the archives of a major newspaper of the region.

In the Philadelphia area, for example, a scam called Friends Network Gifting Program promised profits of 700 percent. Give $1,500 to another member of the network, the pitch went, and find two others willing to invest $1,500 each, and you'll get back $12,000 from later "members."

Participants could be fined

Many Friends Network participants got nothing back and could be subject to $1,000 fines for participating in a pyramid scheme. Nora Dowd, deputy attorney general in the Pennsylvania Consumer Protection Bureau, said that dozens of participants have been subpoenaed for questioning and that more will be called in for little chats.

Those who got money in the scheme will be required to make restitution and cease recruiting others. Dowd said it's clear that hundreds of thousands of dollars changed hands.

I'm not thrilled that every single other place I found your phone number was also an ad for making money, waving dollars under people's noses, but at least your "virtual profit network" wasn't out-and-out illegal like your cash gifting "community" is.

Another serial promoter of get-rich-quick in the name of religion appears to have jumped onto this one. I don't think that the board's 20,000 character per post limit would be enough if I started listing all the "opportunities" this man has jumped onto the bandwagon.

It is so refreshing to see you here yet again running your big mouth! It does not come as a shock to me that it is still the same old "This is a scam" trash falling out of your lips time and time again. I just dont know what you think it is you have to prove? We both know you are not as smart as your Searches and your Click, Copy and Paste activities make you seem.

I would like to know since when did you start picking with elderly folks? You have harassed a lot of people over the years but what you are doing now is completely insane. I hope you know what youre doing as there are some people out there that will and can drag your dumb behind to court over your postings of their information in a negative light when it is clear that all your "facts" on most subjects are incorrect. What youre doing is nothing more than harassing people, you arent saving a soul from anything, you are no saint and it has been rumored that you like little boys which really makes sense with all the little boys following you on these mentally challenged forums.

I often check up on here and I look and try and figure out what your agenda is but I never could pin point it down to anything. Maybe your lonely and need attention? I dont know and dont really care as I found you absolutely comical. You spew "Laws" but your not a lawyer, you make jokes but your not a comedian, you talk tough but youre not a fighter, you sit back and pick with folks whom dont know how to defend themselves but yet your not a bully and most importantly, you sit here and have these obvious dum a**es following you yet youre not the pied piper. It seems that you are a lot of things but you are not anything to anyone that matters.

Whether it is MLM, Affliate Marketing, Gifting or whatever else you try and bash so much it boils down to one thing here, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT IN ANY OF THEM! I could look up domain owners and look up outdated law and copy and paste a bunch of links to and make up a whole background story on my target and make it all seem like a scam just like you do but why would I? I am actually pretty smart and to trash things that are clearly done by choice and not by force is just a waste of time but then again, I dabble in a little bit of all the above mentioned activities and have for many years now and just sit back and make a few extra bucks from them while you sit back and just do a lot of Hot Air Talking about how it may or may not be illegal. Go ahead, talk about a Pyramid, Ponzi and any other term that you know nothing about while those people in those things that you trash make a financial decision and actually inhance their incomes.

Theres a reason you clowns sit on here and just spit this reckless garbage out of your infected mouths. I know what it is but I am not here to bash, just to educate you. Higgins, you should donate some of this time you seem to have endless amounts of for the cure of Cancer or to actually help someone. I dont think youre smart enough for that but you waste all your time here, in pixel land, talking about things you dont know about or just wont join yourself as you are scared to succeed.

Of all the posts over the years I have yet to see ONE person say "thank you sir for saving me" but I do see a bunch of Cheerleaders here and on Youtube that make your posts seem ridiculous and you take them in and coddle them as if they actually make you look good. Even if you had a clear cut idea of something that was actually illegal or just plain wrong, they make your posts trash by proxy and no one pays you no mind anyways so it is and becomes a useless effort on your part.

I would love to sit down and pick your brain about things as I do somehow respect your longevity on these topics but you cannot pick a fruitless tree. It is a shame that all of your time and efforts arent going to something that actually means something. Youre taking on something thats $30-$40 bucks when we both know being omnline this long that it is hardly worth the effort when there are way bigger and better things to bash out there. I not once seen a post that actually was taken serious from you. I hope that you get better things to pick on, maybe Id join you but I have a good reputation and I like to save it by picking my battles and saving energy for the things that ARE illegal.

I expect some backlash from this post, just like children at recess but then again, theres no one to concern myself with on these posts on these nothing scam sites anyways. I leave you with this, it is heroic to try and stop a scam, it truely is, but there is a fine line between heroic and idiotic and thats a line I see crossed by many on a daily basis and that means you will remain a joke here as well in real life. Stop the bashing my friend as some of us still have a bit of respect for you and what you are trying to accomplish. You look strange with all the choices of the things you are going after and it is nothing more than you trying to make up for getting bullied in your life growing up.

Tell your followers that you mean well and that you are not the mental midget you make yourself out to be here in these posts so that the ones who truly have an IQ above 80 can see that you are actually trying to help by exposing scams. In order to expose something though, you have to have fact to back it up, not just an opinion or a post from some dusty google search, not everyone is computer illiterate and most can search things too.

Stay safe brother and whenever you get a chance, why dont you do some news about a true scam like Zeekler or some HYIP deal instead of wasting precious time on things that matter none in the big scheme of things.

To all of the people considering joining 2010 Blessings, contact these folks with the pictures and get the facts from them. You've turned this website into a great marketing tool for them actually. I've contacted a few of them today and all they are doing is laughing to the bank and still bringing in more folks to their community! Eveyone with half a brain knows that sites like this are here to defer people from joining. You should rename this site "pyramad scheme police" or BullysAnnonomous.com . Isn't it true that you offered 2010Blessings $$$ to take all of these pictures down? Who's scamming who? So America, wake up. This site is harmless and ball less!

This whole post about the legal basis of this and that is really pointless. They should try this with Walmart, Sears, JC Penny, Target, Home Depot and many others whom sells gift cards. Most Politicians take cash gifts for their own Presidential campaigns. Those on here spitting out decade old laws are seriously not informed enough to decide what is and is not illegal but then again, theyre lonely creatures with Cheeto stains on their shirts sitting here trying to pick with people. It is actually comical because as theyre doing it, someone somewhere is getting robbed from someone whos making the actual laws and they still fight with MLM and all the rest. How is it they say you PAY taxes when they TAKE taxes? Focus on that and when you give a logical explanation on that subject then youre getting somewhere.

You know, like: "Gee, seeing that the law in question has been around since way back when and it's been tested countless times in countless courts in countless jurisdictions, cash gifting might just be as illegal as people say it is, and by denying the precedent exists, I'm placing myself and those I recruit in danger of prosecution"
