So, if I get your point...I/we/they/anyone is not supposed to say anything about any scam program unless/until we 'get scammed'?

Leaving aside the "scam - not scam" argument for a moment, it is also a matter of knowing how HYIP ponzi "games" work.

In terms of HYIP ponzis, what "gotta love it" calls negative posts are, in fact "clues"

They are posted unaltered, unedited and without comment.

ALL HYIP ponzi games run out of steam and close, some earlier than others.

In MOST cases, there are pointers or hints of their impending closure, such as:

* cheerleader/shill activity increases

* member complaints increase

* administrative problems start to appear, such as "server problems" "DDoS attacks" "unexplained downtime" "payment processor problems" "admin sickness/death/death of a relative/admin contracts rare tropical disease etc

* "restarts"

* a whole list of commonly used excuses, all of which become obvious to anyone who's watched HYIP ponzis for more than 5 minutes.

If, armed with the knowledge provided on REALSCAM.com people want to play HYIP ponzis, that's fine by me.

It's their money and their choice.

HOWEVER, people simply cannot expect to come on a forum such as this and expect a love, life and light reception and expect members to keep silent about the legality of, or reality of, participating in HYIP ponzis

GLI this is not about PEOPLE, it is about fighting and reporting ONLINE CRIME. We give opinions and no one is on trial here. Explain how and why you agree with the 'program' or not. All this other stuff of attacking members here is just a way of diverting from the real fact that the whole thing is a scam and fraud and that eventually people will lose money while the guys like Fred Mann will get richer. They will close it down take their/your money, wait a day or two and come up with JBP3, 4, etc. If you want to risk losing your money after hearing all the evidence here, that is your problem, so why the continuous debate trying to belittle members?

Of course it brings in traffic so we are not complaining but I do wish you would wash your mouth with soap and come a little cleaner.

Yet another very good reason why someone would be crazy to put any new money into Just Been Paid right now.

Just Been Paid is supposed to be offering 2% per day.

2% per day = 50 days before you cover your deposit and start making profit.

And, that's 50 days IF there's no problems.

With the greatest respect to your obvious expertise, "gotta love it" only a desperado would put any money in a HYIP ponzi at this late stage of the game.
