This is just half his problem. He also failed to file correct personal income tax earnings. So this is the next shoe to drop. He is on record saying his income was over $80 million but he didn't feel comfortable taking that much so he was going to give some of it back to the members.

It will be interesting to see how long before the IRS files against him for his personal income he failed to report correctly.
