The taxpayers are paying for an endless party in the music department and students are taking a gargantuan number of credit hours that are not transferable and not on any degree plan. One on one private lessons are costing the taxpayers a veritable fortune and wasting possible financial aid hours and putting students at risk of out of state tuition for absolutely no reason other than to fill chairs in the music department without telling students of the dire consequences that they may face down the road.
