    There's no "perhaps" about it.

When top promoters and admins have moved on it's pretty clear the influx of fresh money has ground to a halt.

Guys I think it is time to face the truth. This is from Digital Tycoons who had a very personal relationship with the owners
Digital Tycoons Team Update March 25, 2018

    Hi Team,

There is no doubt the last few months has been a very challenging time in the world of USI. 2018 started with such promise yet very quickly became a year of unexpected hurdles with the closure of the USA and Canada markets in January, the legal challenges to USI, confusion over the TechCoin, and then the closure of BTC Packs 1.0.

Many members of our team have been asking us for guidance, answers, clarification and where we stand with it all. Some have asked us to review alternative options and we respect their decision to pursue other paths. In light of this we thought it was time to do a ‘state of the nation’ update and share our thoughts.

**Digital Tycoons approached USI with the following intentions and goals and did our best to duplicate this through our team.**

    1. Only put into USI what you can afford to risk (there is always a risk with any opportunity)

    2. Make informed decisions and take ownership of your decisions (No one cares about your money more than YOU)

    3. It is NOT your job to convince anyone. (Your role is to help them make informed decisions)

    4. Participate with a clear risk management strategy of getting your capital back asap and work with your profit

    5. Only use compliance approved marketing materials (ALL Digital Tycoons promotional materials was approved by the company)

    6. Diversify (take a % of your earnings and divest into Bitcoin or Alt Coins and HOLD….or even some non-crypto holdings)

    7. Plan for the worst and work for the best. (no one has a crystal ball)

    8. Wake up every day and make a NEW decision on NEW information. (Change is inevitable)

When USI chose to terminate the affiliate rights for members in the USA and Canada we chose to stop promoting USI, to focus our energy on seeking answers from the company, and to help our team to make informed decisions. We have to say this was challenging as the communication and information was scarce but we believe we did our best to seek answers and explain them with clarity. We also chose for much of the last few months to help many USI members outside our team desperate for answers.

After considerable deliberation and review of the current circumstances we have made a decision we will NOT be returning to promoting and marketing USI and are now considering our options. In addition we have also advised our sponsor Andy Weickinger and the company via Mike Kiefer of our decision personally. To ensure clarity, we will continue to support our USI team to decipher updates and understand the systems, but we will not return to promoting or marketing the USI opportunity.

We are very grateful for the opportunity USI has provided and how it encouraged us to take a serious look at what the Crypto Currency market has to offer. We are disappointed at the current situation USI is in. We are unable to understand or support many of the statements and decision made by USI Tech Management. We hope for an outcome where all members will recover their capital. Accordingly we do not wish to make statements that could damage the company or the members’ chances of recovery, while also wanting to be realistic in our appraisal of the situation.

It is our observation that the current events that have harmed USI have occurred under the watch of its CEO, Horst Jicha. We feel the appropriate way for him to deal with this set of events was for him to take accountability of what has happened and be transparent, this has not occurred. Typically in these circumstances the CEO would take responsibility, then step down or be removed, rather attempt to apportion blame. Instead of acknowledging important factors such as regulatory challenges (including cease and desist orders), the impact of closure in the USA and Canada, market disruptions from the crash of the Bitcoin in the past three months, a shift in business model from arbitrage and trading to crypto mining, widespread disillusionment with the lack of company customer support, inadequate systems and financially negligent mismanagement of the company BTC reserves, along with many other issues affecting USI, Horst Jicha as CEO has chosen to blame the affiliates exclusively.

His allegations of affiliate fraud have not been substantiated. We have not heard of any criminal or civil actions being initiated. Logical analysis of his statements and the companies systems lead us to a conclusion his claim is implausible at best, given the size of the fraud he alleges and the time frame he alleges it occurred in. His choices and attitude reflect a serious lack of good judgment, leaderships, personal and corporate responsibility, fairness, and these things have been important factors in our decision as well.

We are committed to continuing to invest energy, funds and time in the cryptocurrency industry as we see this as being one of the most exciting opportunities that has occurred in our lifetime. Many hard lessons have been learnt and we are keen to take advantage of that that knowledge. We know that many of you will have questions, seek solutions, and are also considering other options. We will continue to seek clarification and updates from USI which will share to allow you to make informed decisions, regardless of what path you choose to take in the future.

Once we have greater clarity of what our future direction will be, we will share this with you. Most importantly we want to thank you for your amazing support, friendship and courage in these challenging times. The relationship with you is paramount to us and we welcome the opportunity to continue to help you achieve your hopes and dreams. May cryptocurrencies, smart choices and diversification inspire and fulfil your dreams,

    Warm regards

    Digital Tycoons

More from Digital Tycoons. Follow up to our official Digital Tycoons Statement

We appreciate everyone has different views, dreams and aspirations. Accordingly we understand that our update today will be viewed through many different coloured lenses. We respect that each opinion is equally valid.

The decision to publish our opinion was in the land of the dammed if you do, and dammed if you don’t. It is said that all it takes for evil to triumph is for good people to remain silent. We have always chosen to be positive yet realistic, call it as we see it, in general terms we do our best to tolerate no BS. If you do not like our assessment, that is ok with us too. In the end the current migration process got to a point where we felt we had to call out USI and specifically the CEO Horst Jicha on what in our opinion is BS.

This was not a decision taken lightly as it has implications for us, for our team, and for the greater business. Our focus now is to see USI pay back 1.0 obligations asap, nothing more, nothing less. The update was NOT posted in order to promote a new business, (we have not signed up anywhere to date). The update is our truth as we see it based on the information available to us at this time. Our personal team has understood and accepted it in this light and expects such accountability from us.

In life most people are not prepared to stand up and call it as they see it. It is much easier to be silent and let time pass and pray it goes away. This is not our style. Would being silent be being honest with our team? Is this what our team expects of us? Would remaining silent as our team buys 2.0 be responsible while 1.0 remains unpaid?

We admit it appears we have misjudged Horst’s competence for the job at hand. It is that simple in black and white. We acknowledge this, and for those that relied on our interviews with Horst, our assessment of him, we can only humbly apologize. On paper, in our interview with him, his credentials, knowledge and presence were impressive. We feel conflicted in regards to edifying Horst as we did as clearly his performance as CEO is lacking. He may prove us wrong….we certainly hope so.

So for those that acknowledge our frank style of ‘say it how we see it…. no BS approach’, thank you for understanding and for your positive acknowledgement of the intention of the update. For those of you shocked by our statements, we ask you to look at the stark realities of 1.0 balances and payback rates. Please consider these with open eyes while we join with you in a prayer for more positive outcome.

For those of you haters who believe we have acted with ill intent, we understand you will remain haters and will do all you can to twist and misrepresent our intentions. You will not deter us from doing our best to support our team achieve their hopes and dreams.

We remain clear there is not better opportunity marketplace than the crypto market, despite its risks and lack of maturity. We have learnt from USI and the market, diversification will be the key to achieving our dreams moving forward. For everyone, regardless of what position you hold between the two extremes, understand the ultimate responsibility for the companies operational and financial mismanagement management resides with its CEO and our focus should be to demand accountability and transparency from him as to where all our BTC has gone.

We intend to remain accountable, accessable, and clearly articulate our opinions without fear or favour to our team in the good and the bad times. If you can respect us for this, if you value our opinions (you don’t have to agree), we welcome you to remain connected with us.

    Regards

    Digital Tycoons

Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"

Ah yes, good ol' Rodney Burton,

Purveyor of ponzis and teller of tall tales.

    Remember this from Rodney ???

    Great Morning Fb Family,

I would like to address your concerns of Ufun, for I can’t answer all the inboxs, emails and phone calls all at once.

Also thanks for alot of you that inboxed me asking me was I ok, the answer is yes im fine and ready to take over the world. No one said it would be easy or everyone would be doing it. lol

As many of you know… there was news late yesterday about UFUN being raided by law enforcement in Bangkok. I have been working on finding out as much as possible so I could provide you with accurate information about what has happened.

First… We have been in communication with Dato Danial Tay, Eddiy Tan, and other executives from the company. I can tell you that from management within the company, there is no concern whatsoever.

This has happened before and is actually expected because of the jealousy and hatred of UFUN by the competition. Danial has stated that this is a “small matter” and is nothing to be concerned about.

Here is the first message that was received from the top that has been translated from Thai into English:

    ———————————————————————————————–
    Notice to All UFUN members,

Refer to the news today that government officers went for investigation at UFUN head office.

We would like to assure to all members that company money withdraw and all systems still keep running as usual.

We follow Thai laws and believe in process of judgement in Thailand. So UFUN will do contention against all indictments to defend all UFUN ‘s member benefits.

The further investigation will be cleared proof to public that we do business in the good ways.

    ————————————————————————————————-
Here in Thailand, business continues as usual. The offices are still open and everything is moving forward as planned. The executives of UFUN are currently meeting with their legal advisers to prepare a response to this sensitive issue.
The truth is… UFUN can not be stopped. Even if the offices were to be shut down in Thailand (which has not happened), UFUN would continue to operate. And although this may seem like something negative at the moment… it is like free mass exposure for UFUN and has created a platform for the company to prove it is legitimate.
With the massive projects like the HanBaiYu Marble Mining Project with an estimated value of $22 billion and the new Gateway Klang Project with an estimated value of around $400 million, there is no question that UFUN is a serious operation.
Please keep calm and have confidence that the company has this situation under control. UFUN is not going anywhere. We are currently waiting for official updates from the company and will pass along this information as it is received.
    —————————————————————————————————
I also wouldn’t believe everything you read or hear, I have been in touch with the top and this has happen before.
None of the websites are down, commissions are still running and there was no cease and desist order placed as well as none of the main ppl that we deal with were not arrested nor have warrants.
Yes I know there are alot of ppl who would love for a great thing to go down for that is just how some ppl work. Thats just (HATRED) in them.
Im not one to tuck his tail like a scared puppy and run but one who stands tall and fights. I WILL HOLD MY GROUND UNTIL SUCH A TIME SHOWS NOT TO.
    Thanks again
    Rodney Burton

Yep, U-Fun ended about as well as USI-Tech

Anyone who believes a word Burton says and followed him into USI-Tech is way beyond being helped by anything we can do.
