Re: USI-tech claims its' sale of unregistered securities in US "legal"
So we got a "privacy" notice a few days ago from youtube (which we didn't see till today) and we can't publically upload any more videos until it is "reviewed" so we have had to upload episode 7 to a new account. Funny, the privacy t's and c's state you cant post someone's private information like social security number, address, phone number etc, which we deliberately didnt do (even though we have most of that information ;) - we aren't in the business of doxing)
Here is episode 7:

Never mind, episode 7 is in the post previous to yours.
Must be the reason that Washable Jones fellow preserves videos elsewhere.

The sad thing is, the remaining members CAN'T get their money out, even if they come to face the reality USI-Tech is dead in the water.
The ponzi shill brigade is out there in full force trying to convince them everything's OK, even as they watch USI collapse like a punctured balloon at a kids' party.

Yeah, I noticed that too. One minute she's boasting of receiving her Usi-tech prize of a car, next minute nothing. I expect she is busy hunting for the next big thing, hmmm??

What I always love about these schemes, when they get to the stage that Usi-tech is at now, is that someone will ALWAYS pop up and say something along the lines of:-
"This can't be a scam, because the owners are still about. They haven't run off or anything!"
They just miss out one word........YET.
Love it!

They were saying the same thing before they pissed their money away, as if Youtube and Facebook are some manner of due diligence. Victims expect woo peddlers to be honest and not have a great albeit unverifiable backstory. Somehow a few initial payments continue to be proof and are never seen as mere bait to set the hook.
It should be blatantly obvious that sending money to anonymous places on the web is a recipe for disaster, whether the promoter is known or not. History is riddled with businesspeople well respected in their communities that ending up running scams, Bernie Madoff comes to mind. Many of the top promoters in USI Tech have openly peddled scams for years, why should admin bother hiding? No one short of the SEC is going to Portugal or Switzerland to recover money, and as with MAP updates will become fewer and further in between.
Maybe more car pictures will make it all better?

I'm no fan of the money management industry due to excessive fees. That notwithstanding after victims get back on their feet, they should stop turning to Facebook for financial freedom. Deal only with licensed firms and individuals where multiple checks and balances exist to protect them from such blatant fraud. That said, less is more and the further folks get away from having others near their money IMO remains the safest path.

I'm nostalgic for the past ponzis of 10-15 years ago with their great and vague backstories. Those were the ones that paid real well and for longer than a couple of months before the inevitable exit scam when the money stopped coming in. The pioneering ponzi scams that had some ingenuity to them like Freeland Opps(FLO)investment scheme with a twisted libertarian slant, StudioTraffic the first major autosurf ponzi, doubler money cyclers, airplane cycler scams like Providence, even PIPS, though PIPS was so ridiculous that you had to be incredibly stupid to believe it to be even 1% legit, EarnByLending where you "loan" your money and get paid better than any loan shark(or venture capitalist) could dream of....these ponzis had something with a shred of originality that sparked interest to get the money rolling in and paying out. Then it became all "trusted admin" and "team of experienced forex traders" and just flat-out BORING! There has been a few re-hashed ponzi ideas inspired by those in the past that did well like your 12DP's and Zeek and TM and a few others, but mostly it's just scams that replace "forex" with "bitcoin" and hope to hit lightning in a bottle by being noticed quickly when they first start and people are shouting about how they are getting paid.
The getting paid part took over anything else like a made-up story or bogus plan, plus all the admins have become known and with that the fact that they have history of other scams, either as admin or promoter. So, it's "hey, you're getting paid, don't worry about it. Doing this because I want the average person to get rich because I know what it's like to struggle and blah blah blah" while FB groups and YT became somewhat a re-hash of what MMG and TG were. What a sorry mess.

"Despite the keeping up of appearances and reassurances by USI-Tech investors outside of the US (coughcough “Global Leader” Sharon James), it appears USI-Tech has been inundated with withdrawal requests.
Trotting out the old “we’re too big for legitimate payment processors” routine, USI-Tech has announced withdrawal delays."

Here ya go, Nuk, a couple of oldies but goodies:
"We're too big for any of the payment processors / exchanges
"We've developed our own bank / wallet / processor"
"DEPOSITS and withdrawals are now processed using our solution"
Like, sure, people are still depositing despite what's happened.
R--I--I--I--G--H--T, sure they are.

OK Frankie:

I am just wondering. You lot on this page spend time fighting against this Ponzi schemes and the idiots that join them. And you suffer abuse and ridicule until the scheme collapses.
Are you ever tempted to join one and make money of this idiots ? Because let’s face it, they will give the money away anyway.

1) Abuse and ridicule from ponzi is hardly threatening. In fact, most of it is downright funny, ESPECIALLY when you know you can't lose the "fight"
2) Personally, not for a second. a) Because it's illegal b) because it is stealing from somebody else, who probably doesn't know what they're participating in is a fraud c) Unless you're on the "inside" i.e. the top 2% or 3% there is no guarantee you'll be in profit
3) Everyone needs a hobby. This is one of mine and it sure beats collecting little bits of sticky paper from envelopes or impaling butterflies on boards under glass.

As LRM says, scambusting is a bit of a hobby. I also like reading. And needlework.
Join a scheme? Nope, never been tempted. I'd never even heard of things like this until some people I knew got interested in Banners Broker about 5 or 6 years ago - one actually joined - but I knew it was rubbish right from the start!
From what I can see, all these schemes pay out - at first. They have to, to induce people to join. But unless you are one of the main players, or on the inside, the chances of making money are slim to non-existant. Personally, I couldn't join something that meant I could make money if other people lost theirs. It wouldn't feel right. And besides, I'm terribly law abiding.
